Beds like a rock, linens and pillows need upgrading. I felt that the room description of Superior King was inaccurate. No King Bed and although room decore and quality of furniture was good there was nothing superior about it. The room was hot and only window was odd, it opened by the ground with no screen and a great way for bugs and animals to ger in.

Would have liked to connect personally with the hosts. Looked for them on occasion and no one was around.

. Pillows were just awful - maybe the most awful ever in our travels! . Bed was not a King but a North American Queen. . Raised Dais to bed is extremely dangerous at night - someone will be seriously hurt one day, if they haven't already. . No service to room - i.e. just fresh towels and garbage emptied would be good, considering $300 per night..... . Bathroom light on timer - takes 7 minutes to go out - not good when anyone getting up a few times at night (like us!) . IF you were sharing the room, then NO privacy for second couple, for the bathroom, as the sliding doors do not work - and sounds like they haven't for for a long time from previous reviews. . No TV - not everyone can be out and about all day (again, like us as were;e a bit older). TV would be good. I know this is a "bare bones" operation, but could be a bit better for the price. Cheers.

The sauna should be working or a discount should be applied if it isn’t. The toilet unfortunately wasn’t working properly either. It would be great to have the option of breakfast delivered to your room in the morning.

The pool was lovely but the sauna didn’t work at all which was really disappointing as it attracted us to book. The house is decorated very tastefully, lovely use of wood and light and nice views. I also appreciated the coffee, water, herbal teas and option of having a glass on wine.

We were in a room at ground level at the side of the house. We had no view at all so "Fab View" was not an accurate description in our case. We had to leave after the first night due to a change in our schedule (dictated by weather). Sauna wasn't working and this seems to be a common thread? It's not a five-minute walk into Dingle and the walk back is up quite a steep hill, so could be challenging to some people.

The bed was a shocker, lumpy, no spring in the mattress and you couldn't even sit on it without it squeaking The towels provided were threadbare and the slippers were obviously recycled, although clean, were torn.

You cannot beat the location of this property. Stunning views and the pool is fabulous. The common sitting area is perfect to enjoy the view when its too cool to head outside.

Shower drain was poor, water all over the bathroom floor. The room Trá Beag felt very Claustrophobic with heat coming from the pool. We also had no view in the room so it was disappointing.

There were sharp banging noises throughout the night. It is possible they came from the mini fridge, but not sure. The pillows were quite lumpy and the toilet was not properly secured to the floor.

This is an architecturally beautiful house. Its location on the hill makes for a wonderful view. We were in the Oak Suite, which is generously-sized amd and comes stocked with wine, snacks, and coffee. The self check-in was very easy. The indoor pool area beckons. Quality toiletries and bath products are a sign of a luxury stay.

Sauna not working You can't listen to any music at the pool and you sre not allowed to have not even a bottle of water with you there . The owner is very rude asking us in a rude manner to "be careful that we are not allowed with any drinks " at the pool. We had a small speaker for some music and we were asked to turn it off. I have to mention that it was only us at the pool and the music was very low.

Virtually no wifi in our room. Had to go out in the hall or downstairs. Staff blamed it on the weather...WRONG! No coffee pot. Only small coffee pods that made 1/3 cup.

There in no breakfast at Fab View. The entertainment room is beside the pool and the humidity is unbearable as a result. No Tv in the room and rooms are uncomfortable with no sofa to lounge on.5 star price at 3 star rating.

The location is close to Dingle but the walk back is extremely steep and very tiring on the legs.

we had no view from our bedroom only a view to outside through a door of a timber fence and a small bit of sky. this was hugely disappointing as the accommodation is called’fab view’ which for us in the room we were put in was definitely not the case.

Everything. The pool was just beautiful and the view amazing. We stayed there for one night in the suite and the room was huge. The bathroom was amazing, everything was so clean and the people were so nice. It was possible to use the pool before the check in what we used because of the bad weather. Everything was perfect, it was the most beautiful place I ever stayed in. Whoever want’s a quiet, clean and big property to relax in should go to Fab View.

Everything about Fab View is excellent. The room, the view, the amenities and the location were all top knotty. Host was very welcoming and offered excellent recommendations of where to eat and where to visit.
