Amazing location, right in the middle of town. Room was spacious with fresh towels and linen daily. Good bar food too.

Bar wasn’t doing cocktails our first night as it would set her behind Pool closed for aqua aerobics Sunday morning kids disappointed Flush in en-suite didn’t work Oven didn’t work correct either

Breakfast was good value but a little over cooked. Good selection, however to cater for all tastes.

Great location overlooking Schull Harbour. Superb location, Rooms had sea view 👌👌👌. Staff were wonderful and really helpful. Great swimming pool and facilities. Parking excellent and free - just accroos the road from Hotel.

On arrival the receptionist was abrupt, cold and un welcoming. She did not even say hello and was only interested in taking a booking time for breakfast the next morning and did nit welcome us. All other staff were superb especially the breakfast staff.

It would be nice to have a hotel lobby where one could relax and read the paper etc. having said that they were very happy for me to sit in the dining room even I wasn’t eating. One gripe - the scones were stale! Need to be freshly baked each morning.

This lovely hotel with amazing views over Schull Harbour. This hotel has recently been refurbished to a high standard. And the restaurant is very good as is the leisure centre.

Bathroom lacking: no lights for mirror, no tissues provided. Light over bedroom mirror has obscured switch…never found. There are no comfortable lounge type seats in the bar, and a reorganisation to facilitate the public downstairs areas to make them more comfortable when not just eating would probably pay dividends. We ate one meal in the hotel on first day, it was okay, but the consensus was not to repeat the experience on day two. That sums it up.

Location…should have had the sea view. Staff for the most part very friendly and helpful.

Our hotel room on the first night was nice, however my partner wasn't impressed with the noise of an extractor fan just outside our window which was humming loudly, also we had to pull our curtains as other houses could see straight into our room, he asked to change rooms on the second night, the lady at the reception was really nice.

Breakfast was lovely, it was just a walk into the village, personally I really liked the hotel.

There seemed to be a few staffing issues either they were under staffed or a lot of new staff as things weren’t running smoothly which led to a bit of a delay at different times over weekend but the staff we dealt with couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful they were all most definitely doing their very best & genuinely wanted everyone to thoroughly enjoy their stay , which we most definitely did in this great hotel & apartments 😃

The price of food in bar is not reflected in the quality of food 25e for a reheated roast beef dinner is just day light robbery Veg and potatoes excellent meat was reheated from day or days previous very disappointing

Children not being able to use the pool before 10 or after 6pm, Bar staff could be a bit more welcoming we didn't feel too comfortable and I've ran many bars

We booked in booking.com and realised afterwards that the hotel website had rooms for much better prices. We'll be checking their website in future for deals.

This hotel is absolutely perfect, it has all the facilities of a big hotel in a lovely smaller hotel with amazing views of Schull harbour and out to the islands. Staff are always friendly and welcoming. We'll certainly be back.
