Room was a little warm and to receive a breeze or fresh air the curtains need to be open but because of the time of year it was too bright to sleep.

Beautiful home, spacious family room, delicious breakfast. Loved the little kitchen for guests to use. Made making tea and coffee first thing in the morning so much easier than balancing a kettle in the room.

Lack of AC in rooms. One night was a bit stuffy, but when we tried leaving the windows open, mosquitoes came into the room.

This place was absolutely perfect! We spent three nights in a family room and were blown away by how spacious, lovely, and clean the rooms were. The family that runs the property is so kind and charming- they gave great advice on local attractions to visit and made us feel so welcomed. Wouldn’t change a thing and can’t recommend this place enough! 100% will stay here if we come back to Killarney

As someone else already mentioned, the water pressure in the house is not the best but it didn't really bother me much.

Owner and rest of the staff was wonderful. We got some great recommendations for dinner as well as sights to check out. Loved all the small details and old manor style decorations. Breakfast was very also very good. Lovely setting in the sun room facing the garden.

The decor could use a facelift, but we didn’t mind it at all. It is very Victorian.

A lovely Victorian home with gardens. The host was a wonderful older gentleman. We booked at the last minute and we’re not disappointed. Breakfast was good and they accommodated my need for gluten free items.

The house is beautiful and look luxurious. It is also clean and well decorated. The room is also large and beautiful. When we arrived, the owner himself greeted us and showed the room. He is nice and friendly. We have everything we need at this accommodation.

The family atmosphere was lovely. We were almost greeted and welcomed into a family home. From room to breakfast, the stay was excellent. Further, we would like to thank the host family for their kindness in supporting us with coordinating our lost luggage. Thank you for calling after us even after our stay had passed and instructing the driver towards our next accommodation. We will forever be grateful for your kindness. PS: We apologize for being rung out of bed at ungodly hours and still being considerate to our situation.

The family run guesthouse couldn't have been more perfect. The hosts were lovely and the house is impeccably beautiful and clean. The location is ideal. Beds are also very comfortable and the breakfast top class. It's most of all, a truly happy place to be!

Fantastic breakfast. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Room was exactly as described. The guesthouse is only a short walk away from the centre of Killarney!
