United StatesThere was no way to get to the hotel from the train station. There were No taxis available in the morning or evening, buses or shuttle. We had to walk with all our luggage. Half of it was downhill, half uphill. The hotel had an elevator and we took it up, but then there was another flight of stairs up to our room. And no porters to help either. The rooms were super small.

IrelandNo cold water in the shower. Staff tried everything to fix the problem, but to no avail. However it was Saturday evening and no plumber was available. They did reduce the bill to keep us happy.

United Kingdomthe staff (front desk)were not helpful whats so ever right grumpy face on her I knew that it was a 3pm check in but we had been on the road since 5/30am asked for an early check in if available was told depends on house keeping went to the desk at 2/50 pm was told they are doing the final checks and it will be ready in 10 mins .Got the room key and went to the room NOT the room I booked wanted a room to acomadate 3 persons went back to the desk to complain was given a room for 3 But only had 2 towels /2 cups /3 sachets of coffee /one small shower gel /one shampoo over all Very Poor
Not to much to be honest. Just ok for a one night stay over .location was ok parking available not great if you need a walking stick to get about .Very steep climb to get to the car

IrelandCharged us €150 security deposit that we never knew about when we got there. Our room was on top of the bar and the music was blaring until 3.30am, we didn't get a wink of sleep. Would never stay here again. Badly run hotel.

United StatesThe room was poorly service, the bed, just being thrown together. I stay in a Hotel or B&B versus an airbnb because I don’t want to make my bed, I want clean towels, etc - - I’m on vacation. I don’t want to do any kind of housekeeping no matter how little.

This hotel was a great place to stay. It is an older hotel with some upgrades. The rooms were quiet. The staff were wonderful. We had been put in a smaller double room the first night. I mentioned it to the front desk the next morning. They apologozed and moved us to a larger room with a street view as I had originally requested. They stated that on the first noght the hotel was very busy and that is why we unfortuately gave us a smaller room . The facilities were great and centrally located as the only hotel in town. We loved out stay

IrelandHotel is in Reay bad condition every furniture carpets floors so so old lots off mold tables are sticky in bar ! In pool and sauna forget about relaxation is a public gym and lots off swimming lessons full pool with kids ! Get to the pool are you ha e to walk true all the gym !!! Dinner omg they don't serve food in restaurant but in bar tables so close each other so loud no relax and nice time at all!!! We stay 2 adults and kid they leave only 1 towel and one 2 small towels extra towel small one !!! No choice for food around town almost everything is close :( maybe 3 places where to eat :( hotel is overpriced so so owerpriced for condition we left realy realy disappointed:( :(

United KingdomDidn't like that receptionist knew I was booked in for 5 nights and could have let me pay next day. No ironing board. No pictures on walls - room is nicely done up - pictures would set it off nicely.
On arrival - I checked in but had forgotten my bank card in car and was tired after 5hour journey and didn't want to take all my luggage up the hill again to carpark and get it so I asked could I sort her later - that all my details are on the booking but she would not allow and wouldn't even help suggest anything other than me going up to my car and getting my bank card. Not a nice start to my holiday. Then did not give me any details if I have breakfast included in my stay. So I paid for my breakfast. But now my invoice states bed & breakfast.
