The hotel was amazing I went with my family of 2 young kids. The swimming pool was brilliant and the staff were so friendly, it was a great relaxed atmosphere and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stayed on a Sunday night and was close to Christmas time, we thought the bar may have had a bit more life to it but unfortunately it closed around 10/11 and no entertainment on.

Hotel is beautiful and facilities such as swimming pool/gym and sauna were a brilliant bonus to our stay, staff couldn’t have been more helpful, breakfast was beautiful, the view from our room was stunning and the rooms themselves were so spacious and cosy

Showers in the room very dated and the safety bar is badly placed making it very uncomfortable to shower. Some of the cups at breakfast badly stained with tea and coffee marks.

Staff were wonderful, all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great value, beds very comfortable and rooms clean. Pool area very well maintained and clean.

Food prices were a little expensive for us, but the meals we did have were excellent, this included the buffet at the evening function.

Ease of booking in and out. Meals were lovely. We ate in the bar on two lunchtimes and breakfast on the day of departure. We had a couple of issues with a drain smell in our ensuite, which was seen to immediately. The offer of an alternative room was offered immediately. Unfortunately, we were limited in choice as we required disabled accessible bathroom. House keeping team, were brilliant in solving the issue very quickly.

The only thing I didn’t like was someone was smoking dope on our floor on the Saturday night and again on the Sunday morning. I know it’s not the fault of the hotel but was awfully off putting.Apart from that our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

Our evening meal was beautiful and very quick, Our server Sharon was lovely and very friendly. Our breakfast next morning was lovely, with plenty to chose from.

I would have loved if there was a big roaring fire.

The staff were exceptional - warm, friendly, extremely helpful and accommodating. Very welcoming. The pint of guinness was lovely and the food first rate. I intend to go back for these reasons

Lack of room service in the evening. No bar service at 9.30, thought it was a little early for the bar to be closed to residents.

The service in the breakfast room. Ellen was very attentive and went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed, despite being understaffed. She was professional and efficient and extremely pleasant.

We had a great weekend. We normally don’t do winter breaks but the experience was good

We went to the Phil Coulter concert in the hotel, and we also played golf courtesy of the hotel. The area is beautiful with the beach a stone throw away. The weather was dry.
