Bar staff were terrible, no experience or couldn't be bothered, seemed to spending more time correcting errors on till or talking to one another .

Great breakfast, although wasn't included in booking a d was made go downstairs and pay in advance before we were allowed a table .

Family room was wheelchair accessible & had wet room for shower with very slippy floor tiles in bathroom causing back injury. Rude staff, incorrect communication re-pool policy so family unable to use, poor quality breakfast.

The staff since before covid have completely change they range from uninterested to down right rude overheard to staff members during breakfast beinh rude about another member of staff very unprofessional the food is absolutely horrendous if staying here there is plenty of restaurants in buncrana we ate in the hotel bar last night i ended up sick all night and that was the only thing i had ate all day the breakfast was cold and who serves burnt toast which was scraped went into the bar this evening for a coffee it had to go back as it was tepid milk we will not be back this hotel use to be brilliant unfortunately not any more

Location of family room was on the top floor. Hard to navigate when you have weakness in your legs

The food was the let down on our trip as described in previous section.

Staff location accommodation and facilities were really good. The staff were exceptional. We did have a bit of a let down with our order of prosecco and sweet plate as it was left in a very warm room no ice bucket and the sweet plate was melting..but the staff were quick to bring an ice bucket and refund the cost of sweet plate so very good. Dinner was a disaster , tough inedible steak and salmon..we sent the steak back and was replaced by salmon which wasn't good either .Disappointing to say the least but the staff team again were apologetic and did everything to make things better We weren't charged for our meal which was the appropriate response and we were appreciative of that .A bad day in the kitchen . Breakfast was typical hotel food.

Poor quality garlic bread and sticky toffee puddings at restaurant in the evening. WIFI wasn’t strong in room. Had to wear swimming hats to be able to use the pool.

Room only had a basic clean; we moved one bed over against the wall to let our baby sleep on it and there was so much rubbish lying below the bed. The travel cot supplied for our baby was extremely uncomfortable to the point that he just would not sleep in it; would be nice if a cot mattress was supplied along with it. The hotel overall would need a complete update but did the job. More baby facilities would be appreciated for cleaning/sterilising bottles and heating up food.

We were told we would have a double bed and a single bed but we only had a double bed. No breakfast included so we thought 180 euro was quite expensive for a room only, we were attending a wedding so we needed a room.

Obvious cobwebs around ceiling cornices and curtain pelmets. Some also behind bathroom door. No toilet brush in bathroom for guest use. Other than this everything was fine.

Staff very friendly and polite. Only ate in bar but food and service was really good. Several people remarked how nice the chips were. Ample portions of well cooked food at a reasonable price.

We booked this room for an event in town as it was the last available place. I found it to be very overpriced for what it was. I thought breakfast would have been included at this price. Staff were fine but not overly welcoming considering the price I payed to stay here.

Please do something about the TV s in the rooms I have stayed two years in a row with yous love the place only thing is you can't find more than 3 station on the TV and only one of them iyou can watch as the other two is freezing also yous need bigger fans for the bedroom the heat at night is so bad and the fans you have is far two small you have to hold the thing up close to you

Haphazard service in bar and breakfast room. Tables not always cleaned on time before more people came for breakfast. Guess there must an issue with staff shortages. Drinks machine should be refilled more regularly. Guest Info book grubby, as were written menus. Encountered a hair in my toast. Don't think it was my own... Carpet all over the common areas and in the bedroom was dark and a poor choice of design for a hotel. First impressions are that the carpet is dirty, which clearly it WAS NOT!
