Baby has to be 3 to use soft play area so he cried whole weekend to go in as in Dublin most soft play area are for younger kids

Communal changing rooms in leisure centre, we're accustomed to individual cubicles in our local facility but there is one cubicle available.

Suite was wonderful with large bed as promised, separate room for kids with mini kitchen & dining area, and clean. Wonderful friendly staff, Nik entertained them with his lighting tricks, great facilities for children, they loved the kids club, the Cubbie, the large play area and bouncy castle and there was lots of options for breakfast, the pancake making machine was a big hit

need a sign up to say order food at the bar and we got ours before the children even do theirs was ordered first and no one cleaned away the plates i done it myself in the bar area and might put something in place for the under 3 they are not allowed in with all the play balls area thanks the guy in the leisure center is brilliant i dont no his name young guy 👏🏼 but a great place for families i will return

The staff were all lovely and very helpful, the food was amazing the live music was brilliant and outstanding facilities like the pool steam room gym and arcade for the kids, everyone had a great time we will definitely be back

Absolutely fabulous hotel. Staff were friendly and warm. Our room (Family Suite) was immaculate and well equipped with essentials such as microwave, toaster, kettle, good sized fridge and cutlery. Perfect staycation for a family with kids with everything on site to keep the kids busy and active. Couldn’t have asked for more from this hotel!

Breakfast could have been better. Pancake machines were out of order as well. Pool could have done with being cleaned.

Recently refurbished, we had a lovely big family suite, ideal for family with 3 kids, loved having separate interconnecting room. Very spacious, plenty of storage and seating and plugs and charging points etc, even had kitchen and fridge.

We had no floor mat in bathroom for our 2nd night, but that's not a big problem. The housekeeping staff didn't replace bottle of water for 2nd night either, just left empty bottle there.

Location is great, outside of the busy town, but near enough to walk in.

No adult entertainment, no music, restaurants/bars/front of house could have done with background sound as you could hear everyone's conversations everywhere you sat.

Excellent hotel. 4 children aged 11, 8, 7, 5 all loved it. Kids club, soft play area and the pool was a massive bonus

Hotel killarney was a beautiful hotel. Staff was so friendly and welcoming rooms where spotless we book 2 nights for St. Patrick's weekend, unfortunately, we could only stay the one night when I explained my situation, and I didn't mind not getting any refund back the girl behind the counter went out her way and got the manager and with out any hesitation or anything he refund me one nights stay back into my account very nice and respectable at he job. I would definitely recommend hotel killarney, and I will definitely be booking here again in the future

Booked for the pool didn't use it no area sectioned off for adults only not relaxing at all

This hotel is amazing for families, as we have 3 children the space and comfort we had in the family suite was exceptional. We were made very welcome by the reception staff and the breakfast was very good with something for everyone 😊 We will definitely come back..
