Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

A lovely stay - the set-up was better than I had imagined. It is just like a hotel, the sitting room and kitchen area are separate area (through a soundproof door), and not just outside the bedroom doors as I'd thought. The location was fantastic to visit the city, the staff were lovely, and the value for money was excellent.

United KingdomThe room was extremely hot and air did not circulate even with the window open. No bathroom bin, no tea and coffee making facilities. The property was very noisy at night - nightclub next door plus doors banging until the small hours. The bed is not a double, it is a three quarter. We managed ok but taller or overweight people should beware.

Irelandthere was no soap or shampoo in the rooms and when I called reception they informed me management forgot to order them black out blinds sis not fit the windows and once daylight appeared we were wide awake bed was a mattress on a wooden base and was so uncomfortable they had security staff on and the noise from people arriving in and banging doors at all hours of the morning - security should have asked people to be quiet we hope they will refund our stay - definitely the worst accomadation we have ever stayed in
