Loved this hotel. Warm welcome.Stunning location. Wonderful breakfast. Sunrise and sunset from our room balcony looking across the water took our breaths away. Sitting in the evening sunshine in the hotel garden sipping a beer was magical. The evening meal we had in the bar was exceptional. Our room was comfortable. The wi fi was good and our car sat safely in the free parking behind the building. We would definitely stay again another time. Maybe in the winter with a roaring fire in their luxurious lounge.

John in reception was so helpful. I incorrectly booked the wrong date and didn't realise it until we arrived. John could not have been more helpful and gave us a beautiful room with a sea view without charging us extra for the mix up. Agnes in reception the next morning was lovely and all the staff in the dining room and bar. The location is beautiful with full view of Killary Harbour. The area is very scenic with lots to do especially if like the outdoors.

AS THIS WAS THE HOTELS FIRST DAY TRADING OF NEW SEASON,I DID EXPECT SHORTCOMINGS..I WAS SOO WRONG. EXCELLENT ALLROUND,SERVICE,STAFF,COMFORT,DECOR. THIS IS IRELAND AT ITS BEST!!!!

There was nothing I didn't like .

The weather was fabulous, the scenery was Heavenly. We were welcomed from moment we arrivrd the food was just beautiful ,and plenty of it. I would highly recommend a break in this Hotel.

Third time here in two years. Best value ever. Wow in a room with a view! Wow, the dinner, a decent chunk of Hake with generous and juicy prawns, boy do they know how to do fish, veg, the lot! Wow with the staff and management too! Efficient and friendly, genuinely, no contrived fakery. Solid staff, best of the West, from Mayo and Galway, and wonderful 'new' Irish. Killary Fjord is a natural border for some of these counties boundaries so must be geeat fun when Mayo and Galway meet!. God bless the Foyle Family, all branches. A name synonymous with how to do things superlatively well in hospitality,. Couldn't praise ye enough. THANKS SO MUCH, REALLY REALLY GOOD VALUE.

What an incredible experience. Staff, rooms, cleanliness, setting, food & location were all better than we could have expected. We appreciate the help and guidance willingly provided by staff insuring we had all we needed. Kylemore Abbey was close by, and recommend visiting.

We have stayed in this hotel on numerous occasions in the past few years and have always thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. From the fabulous food to the beautiful scenery and the most helpful and friendly staff this hotel has it all. We always feel at home here and our dog loves it too!
