One of the receptionist's (girl) dry/bored/unengaging attitude during check-in, although other guys were nice with me. The bathroom/shower was a bit far from the room.

Overpriced hotel!!! Dirty beds.. Noisy people… At 1 am, people were shouting outside and inside the Hotel…Furthermore, someone was cooking in the kitchen around 3:20 a.m. which resulted in a fire alarm. The people had to disembark the Hotel. On the top of that, you cannot close the window…it is super when the outside temperature is only 11 Celsius….No towels included in the price… For us: Price for one night was more than 80 Euros per person in a shared bedroom!!Ridiculous!!! Avoid this place!!! Choose a Hotel instead!!

Bathroom cleanliness( it was absolutely disgusting). There is no lifts , only a room on the ground floor to store larger bags, every time it is necessary to call a staff to open and close, a fact that would be solved with individual lockers.

the bed was incredibly comfortable, the idea of having your own pod with a curtain is a plus that I’ve not seen in another hostel

Very clean overall, especially the bathrooms. Beds have curtains for privacy. The staff was friendly and I happened to share the dorm with quiet and respectful guests, so I did not feel too worried about my personal belongings (even though I still applied basic safety rules). There are a few bus stops and the Luas around.

The kitchen lacked a stove, basic utensils such as a can opener. No sitting area in the garden and limited sitting areas inside the hostel. Lots of stairs (3 flights) and no lift.

The bed was comfortable. Shower had good water pressure.

The room was clean (bedsheets etc.), but some surfaces (windowsills in the dining room) didn’t seem to get wiped very often. Very noisy and damp in dining room due to adjacent Washing machines.

How cool to sleep in an old church! Lovely view from the window. And what a great idea to build those bunks, great to have some privacy.

I shared a 2 bed room. The room and sheets were pretty clean. It was easy to check in at 4 am as there is 24/7 reception. I noticed stairs were dirty earlier in the morning, but when I was leaving around 10 am, staff already cleaned it. Didn’t use shower area, so no idea about those facilities. No elevator or personal locker for suitcase.

No ventilation in bedrooms, windows barely open. Showers very poorly designed - nowhere to leave your towel/clothes and get changed after the shower, just a tiny cubicle with a shower curtain. Showers also only had 1 temperature which is about 5 degrees hotter than tolerable.

Boiling hot rooms, the heating was too hot, we didn’t sleep the 2 nights we were there, the bed sheet didn’t fit the bed, the showers were boiling or freezing and dirty, the staff were made aware of the heating during the day and did nothing about it, a staff member agreed at how bad our stay was. Checkin took 2 hours! we missed a paid tour because of this. worse stay I have ever had and ruined our trip.

The building can be confusing to navigate. At times there can be very sketchy individuals in the rooms who will try to look through your things. If you want a hot shower it’s a coin flip, most of the time the shower is ice cold. Showers are also seemingly never cleaned. Staff can be difficult to communicate at times because they only speak Spanish (half give or take).

Very easy check in/ check out. Private bunks. On-site laundry.
