From the moment we walked in the door, we felt welcome. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the Irish music in the bar area on our first night. Breakfast was lovely as well!

Nothing whatsoever. Well, maybe the bar could open before 12 on a Sunday but that just makes me sound like an alcoholic! haha. Honestly, nothing at all. It was a wonderful experience.

Absolutely everything. We were greeted immediately by name with a room key, having already checked in online prior to flying. Payment had already been taken so there was nothing to do but head straight to our room to dump our bags and head downstairs to the hotel bar for an exceptional pint of Guinness poured to perfection by the friendliest and most entertaining of bartenders. As we arrived in the evening, we didn't even need to leave the hotel for food as their pub grub menu was exactly what we wanted after a long day of travelling. The food was excellent. We ventured out for a couple of pints elsewhere but returned to finish the first night in the hotel for the live music, which was top notch. Went to bed a little worse for wear that night but it was nothing the wonderful full Irish breakfast the next morning couldn't cure. The hotel is in the perfect location for Killarney, just a few minutes walk from the main street where you'll find a whole host of amazing pubs and restaurants. We had the best time during our three night stay in Killarney and this hotel was certainly the focal point of that. The room was lovely and clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff at breakfast and in the bar. I'd recommend this place to anyone visiting Killarney if you want that authentic Irish feel and a base that's right in the town centre.

Location perfect.....minutes walk from center, pubs & restaurants. Car park close by @ €3 / 24 hrs !! Breakfast exceptional....cold buffet / Cereal....followed by full Irish that literally filled the plate. Room / ensuite clean comfortable and good size......and the all important kettle for that late night cuppa! Staff so friendly and helpful.......delightful !
