Windows didn’t open and we felt lack of fresh air, with heating off. Super thick duvet and uncomfortable pillows, felt excessive for such a small room. But the rest was perfect!

I would recommend to the hotel management that the reception be better managed. We waited a while to be dealt with on Saturday and when the receptionist finally arrived, she let a man jump in before me. The hotel was busy and should have more than one person on reception. I should say though that the girl at the desk was very pleasant. And the other girl on Sunday morning pleasant too and efficient.

This was our second time staying at the hotel. We brought friends along this time and they liked the hotel too. We found it to be in a great location, close to town. We chose this time to stay around Rathmines and Ranellagh, both with great bars and restaurants very close by. The room was clean, the bathroom well-equipped with a great shower and the bed very comfortable.

Great breakfast , lovely friendly staff and loved the funky decor , really loved the glass of prosecco on arrival and sweets lovely touch. Rooms spotless, cosy,great bed and loved the pops of colour.

The housekeeping staff were very friendly. Unfortunately I did not find the reception staff welcoming. Front of house staff are the face of the property and the first impression. It appeared that they were just going through the motions. In a modern funky property one would expect upbeat and welcoming front of house staff.

The cleanliness was ok, but definitely not the best. We put a sign on our door one day to request a clean and it was never done. They also didn't replace the coffee each time, but reception happily provided us some when we went down and asked. The bar downstairs also felt like they didn't prioritise guests of the hotel and there was a couple of times we were unable to be served due to there being too many people there for the bottomless brunch. The rooms were not very sound proof either and we were woken up a few times by noisy neighbours.

This hotel is in a great location, walking distance to lots of pubs and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the room had a lovely view of the canal.

I did not like that there was no desk. A working desk in the room and a chair would have been nicer. However, this is also due to the size constraints of the room.

I liked the room layout, decor and overall accessibility. The location is consistently themed and presents itself with a modern art style. The rooms are brightly coloured and warm.
