The fact that we only stayed one night next time it will be longer.

Walking distance to the town with loads of retail shopping all around. The hotel is restaurant and bar where great .. staff where on point in everyway looking after us making sure our stay was one to remember..the whole hotel was breath taking and spotless.. thank you to all the staff.

room was excellent, larger than expected and facilities exceeded more that previous hotels i have stayed in recently, we ordered room service for breakfast, arrived exactly on time, great variety of food provided, was great that ice machines are located on each floor

Great staff, couldn't be more helpful. Great food at good value for money. Housekeeping staff always checked to make sure we had enough of everything. A real family friendly hotel in a great location with ample parking. This is a hotel I always feel relaxed in and would recommend highly.

I found that it was too hot at night, also The pillows weren't very comfortable.

The breakfast was very good and the times were good. The room was very nice with all amenities, but I found it to be very hot and we couldn't alter the heat. The dinner in the dining room was lovely each night and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

I would have liked waitresses/waiters to wear masks as Covid numbers are up again.

Bedroom good. Breakfast very good with lots of choices. I had gluten free bread which was delicious.

Enjoyed our stay. Lovely Breakfast. Restaurant excellent good food at reasonable price. Staff friendly and helpful. Good facilities. Good location. Good value for money. We stayed weekdays. Quiet at night.

A couple of lamps not working in the room but no big deal as there were lots of other lamps! I'm not a fan of having to book to go to the bar etc. but overall it was great.

Excellent and plentiful breakfast. Lovely staff and you could see they helped one another and had a great rapport. Nothing was too much trouble. I couldn't find my room key at one stage and the receptionist resolved the situation in no time with no fuss. Food beautiful and room very quiet.

It was my Wedding Anniversary and so happy to say these. I asked Radisson Blu Hotel Letterkenny to surprise my wife by decorating bed with Petals in a love symbol way or any options they can offer. They were exceptional! Bed was decorated and we were left with a greetings card in our room and cookies. I asked to be upgraded to an Airconditioned Superior room before check-in and all was done professionally. We were over the moon when we arrived. The neatness of the Hotel environment, rooms and we had dinner at the Mulbery and had a swim and gosh; Sauna to cool off. I had my bottle of champagne to celebrate with my wife. Night Porter brought me ice cubes in a big cup. Hotel team member were great and had welcoming smiles. Security was perfect as we wanted to go clubbing but my wife like boss decided we chill in the hotel which was grand for us. We planned joining the Gym and next time bring our kids for a swim too. I highly recommend the Radisson Blu Letterkenny to anyone who desires peace, happiness, clean and unbelievably neat environment in the emblem of love. Thanks to the management of the Hotel for making our wedding anniversary an exciting one and thanks for Free decorations of the petals. Wow, it was done FREE without payments. That’s a good compliments to us. We also used the Saunas to ease up!
