Staff were so welcoming and respectful and comfortable being a solo female traveller.

No prior warning that access to the spa was chargeable. No info about any facilities when checking in and nothing in the room. Local teen druggies occupying the front terrace two nights on the trot. The bar gave 'last orders' before midnight.

The room was a nice size, comfortable and modern. Very well soundproofed. A small walk to the sights. We were there the weekend of the IFTA's so it was a bit celebrity for a night.

Can't think of anything in particular, except that on arrival there was an error with our reservation which was momentarily stressful, but very swiftly corrected by the receptionist.

From the moment we arrived until we left, everything was just great. Very welcoming staff. Warm and friendly atmosphere. Lovely room. V quiet and comfortable. Nothing was any trouble for staff. Lovely breakfast. Good quality food and drinks. We would definitely recommend any Raddisson hotel, as I've stayed in one before and been impressed then too.

Having to pay extra to use the leisure facilities, we thought this was excessively over priced and should also be included with the price of the room. We did not pay extra to use these facilities

We couldn’t use the pool because the spa closed at 6pm. So if you’re coming back from sightseeing and want to relax by the pool that will not be possible.

Very spacious room with comfortable king sized bed. The bathroom was also very spacious. The amenities were good, loved the scent of the lotion provided. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Had a small gluten free section that could be improved though. The location is perfect, you can walk to most of the attractions.

We found the cost of Vino quiet expensive in the bar and the fact that we had to leave to come home! Other than that, we couldn't find fault with the entire experience.

From the moment we entered the Hotel, we knew it was going to be a lovely experience. From the staff at the check in desk, porters, bar staff & cleaning staff. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get to, staff so obliging and friendly.

Shower drainage in the bathroom is sub-optimal. A 15 minute shower caused a half flooded bathroom and some water seeped out of the bathroom into the bedroom through the closed door. Maybe if the shower section was indented into the floor / a step-in platform or if there were two drains on either side of the shower, the drainage would be more efficient. Would be nice if a small one-use toothpaste tube was provided. Swimming facilities not on-site.

Friendly staff, clean room. Really nice interior, colour scheme. Loved the bathroom, the size of the shower and the large number of towels available. Easy and fast to connect to the wifi, the hotel info tabs on the TV was useful. Beds were very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees.
