Friendliness and thoughtfulness of the staff. Standard of furnishing in the rooms, especially the TV and speakers in the bedroom and bathroom. Little extras in the rooms such as hairdryer, ironing board and iron, Nespresso machine and other tea and coffee supplies. We were able to rely on the hotel for absolutely everything we needed

nothing it was all very good

we had a small slip on arrival, our junior suite had been double booked that day so for our first night we were given a premier room, so a downgrade in essence. nonetheless the manager explained the reason and given the inconvenience included breakfast for our 3 day stay. we also had a drink on the house in the bar. The premier room was more than adequate and our belongings moved seamlessly the next day when we were out sightseeing in Dublin. the junior suite was roomy and very comfortable. Hotel facilities were great and the staff were without exception polite, professional and friendly. it was a very busy weekend with the Dublin marathon taking place so the hotel was at full occupancy but that did in no way impact on the enjoyment of our stay. I’ve stayed in a few Raddison’s over the years and the Dublin Raddison was as good as any I’ve stayed in. Top Marks to all involved .

I could not believe the parking was €20 for one night ! robbery. and when I told them I had no money to get out they simply just said oh well there’s nothing we can do about it

I had made a reservation for a taxi to take me to the airport the day before I was leaving. Since I knew Dublin marathon was starting about the same time as taxi should take me to the airport I particularly asked if this would be a problem. The person at the reception informed me that she did not think that would be a problem. Then when I was waiting for my taxi they informed me that the taxi company had cancelled my reservation due to the marathon, which meant that I had to go a zone where taxis were allowed, which was a bit stressful since I had to flight to catch....

The room was nice and the location excellent. I arrived well before my check in time but I was offered a room directly which was really valuable to me. The breakfast was very good and the attending staff was professional.

Housekeeping needs to be flexible in case a guest is working past housekeeping hours.

The hotel was located at the conference venue. It is near the iconic attractions in Dublin.

Due to booking.com I had to do 2 bookings for 1 night each. Hotel couldn’t arrange for me to be in the same room (wasn’t their fault), but they upgraded me one night to “make it better”; the next day my second room was ready early morning. Aside, spacious room, good breakfast, good 24/7 gym, good location

We stayed three nights and the restaurant was closed every night. There was a bar but the menu was limited. Many if the close by nicer restaurants were closed. We expected to be able to get more than bar food at a restaurant if thuds caliber.

Everything was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable. Location was central. Breakfast was good.
