Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IrelandStaff at breakfast were unfriendly and seemed to stand around more than see what was needed . Cutlery was not replaced and no spoons put out . Such a pity when breakfast itself was very good . A smile costs nothing and would be nice to see staff happy at their jobs

IrelandWe were put in a beautiful room however it was Interconnecting to another room(door locked of course) however no privacy as we could hear everything from next door and I imagine vice vearsa. Also woken a lot by talking next door as the interconnecting room was not soundproofed and our neighbours stayed up talking (not loudly just normal level).

IrelandI pre booked drinks to the room on arrival and didn't arrive until hour or so after, also asked for robes for the spa and also took a long time we ended up going to the spa without them. Room view was nice but the room for the price paid was underwhelming

United Kingdomrooms were good size and very comfortable, we had 3 rooms in total. breakfast was fantastic, sadly did not go to spa, didn't have time. I would perhaps consider a rate for staying with no spa use. all staff very polite and helpful. i would say one tiny thing, if i am spending over £2k on 3 rooms for short break, i think parking for free would be a tiny bonus.

IrelandWe were informed that we received an upgrade, and the room itself was quite pleasant. However, we did experience an intermittent loud knocking noise from the air conditioning unit, which was a bit disruptive. The door was unresponsive when we swiped our access card due to a battery issue, and we patiently waited approximately 45 minutes for it to be replaced.

IrelandWe decided to use ur restaurant for my partners birthday thinking it would be a good experience, the waiter brought out her burger wrong 3 times and my dish was left in front of me while they finally got it right, it was a simple order plane chicken burger with just cheese, maybe it was his lack of English but it killed the good birthday vibes, I would have expected my dish to be brought away and a fresh one made instead of going cold, lack of experience even from duty manager, even though he gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. Room. The room was fantastic, but the decking needs to be addressed ASAP, screws loose cause the decking boards to sit proud, my partner tripped while walking out at first, also some boards are sinking quiet bad when walked on
