IrelandThe service at the restaurant was slow , it seemed understaffed. Room wasn't overly clean, crumbs , jigsaws stuff all over the floor. Table broken and cracked . Little bits that would make a huge difference to the room . Broken switches .
Big spacious family room, perfect location. Lovely lobby area and restaurant . Food was delicious. Comfortable beds , warm and perfect for one night.

United KingdomThere is no way for deaf patrons to contact Reception from the room. My son's breakfast contained eggs- which I had highlighted was one of his allergies. The days I struggled with my mobility there was no understanding from the staff on duty about accessing breakfast even though we had paid for breakfast.
Most of the staff were great with accomodating my needs with only a few blips. The hotel accommodated my need for an Accessible Family Room in a very proactive way and provided almost everything.

IrelandHousekeeping knocking on and trying to open our door an hour before check out time and then asking us in the corridor at check out time, why our door wouldn’t open?? We checked in early, paid and went for a swim. When collecting our keys later we were asked to register and pay again. I had to show proof of payment. Poor handover from earlier shift and very slow procedure.
Pool, comfy beds, plug sockets at the bed side, friendly check in and effort put into trying to get our room ready before check in.
