The room was beautiful. Spacious, clean and inviting. The bathroom was spotless. Desk in the room which was very useful, allowing me to complete my work in the evening when I arrived. We got dinner and breakfast via room service. Dinner was absolutely spectacular (chicken supreme and chicken burger). Breakfast was perfect with a good selection to choose from and a wonderful array of fruit/pastries. Staff were fantastic (room service/front desk)

Hotel is a little out of the city so taxi, car or bus to go into the city. But that is the only thing.

Lovely hotel with a spa. Only stayed one night so didn't get to experience the spa. Lots of parking available on site. Food was nice but not exceptional for the price. Breakfast ok too. Room was lovely and comfortable and clean.

there was no hot water from the shower. it was so bad I had to take my showers at the poolside. I called few times and they did try to fix it but to no avail.

Very friendly welcome from the reception staff - they even remembered my name from a previously stay. Room size is great, beds are massive and very comfortable. Also I was critical of food last time but Fergus the food and beverage manager went above and beyond to ensure this was rectified for this stay...which was a fantastic level of service.

Only (and this is really a very small issue) issue was that the room wasn't turned down while we were out. So we had to ask for toilet roll when we got back. Toilet roll and towels etc were promptly dropped up.

Loved the staff, food and the pool area. The food was fabulous and in addition, the staff were so friendly, lovely and chatty. The pool are was beautiful for an after dinner swim with the underwater lights on (only) and the recessed twinkly lights in the ceiling. The out door hot tub and other showers were amazing. I really liked the bottles of fresh water in reception that meant we could take to our room. The toiletries in the room were nice. Lots of space (superior room) with great lightening and mirrors. Great distance from Doolin, Lahinch, and the cliffs.

I don't founded charger for usb, that's way I was expend more money to buy a charger for using.

The bed for 2 people had some difference of high and was a bit tuff for share the bed with your partner, in my case my husband.

If I had to be picky, the breakfast quality was adequate but not amazing. Some of the breakfast items were not replenished (e.g. the bread) and the coffee was a poor standard. But all in all a nice stay.

There were just tiny details that were more inconvenient than really something bad ( hand soap too far from the sink, shower gel in the shower too high for a short person)

It was very nice and the option of the spa was just amazing. Rooms were clean and overall the whole stay was very enjoyable.
