Our room was amazing, we loved every minute of our stay. Friendly staff and so accommodating. The food was superb, loved the variety & choice of breakfast. Very spacious place and a selection of seating areas to relax. The pool & spa were amazing - felt like a retreat.

Sped there 2 night and I really enjoyed beautiful location. Food excellent stuff are very friendly I recommend to try I love jacuzzi outside and the pool was nice and warm water. Thank you for gift for my birthday from radisson BLU.

There was nothing at all that we didn't like!

The location was excellent and very close to Bunratty. The reception staff must be commended for their friendliness, which gives a very good first impression of the hotel. We availed of the continental breakfast and were impressed with range of choices that was available.

Was greeted with the most wonderful reception staff..made feel very welcome. Room was immaculately clean with a mini fridge with chilled water on arrival...food in the bar was fantastic again staff so friendly and helpful. The small pet farm with wonderful animals really added to the stay

Paint of walls was poor

In our room the paint on ceiling of bathroom looks like it hadn’t been painted in years all flaky and cracked all over . We didn’t mind but the kids called it a fail

Wish it was in centre Limerick

Loved the spa. Loved the grounds. Warm friendly staff at reception and spa. Bright room, comfortable bed and linens. Liked meeting internationals including refugees. Good food in restaurant and open late.

Nothing - every thing was fabulous

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay at your hotel, everything from checking in at reception, the girls were so friendly, the room was so comfortable, everything you needed even your own coffee maker ( fantastic addition ) , bottled watered , views were just stunning, food in bar & breakfast next morning were excellent with lots of choices & all dietary requirements catered for, was fantastic. Leisure centre- was just out of this world , it was spotless clean , plenty of fresh water , fresh towels. To all the staff each & everyone I encountered with were so polite & friendly, well done Radisson limerick, highly recommended & will be returning again.

The hotel receptionist when I was checking out the next morning was extremely rude and kept telling me I hadn’t paid for my room even though I had paid on booking.com but had not registered with the hotel It was extremely uncomfortable and could have been handled a lot better and more professionally

I’m 5’3 - I couldn’t reach the hooks in the spa to hang up my towel. Pool was much smaller than expected and swimming hats were €4 not €2 as advised at reception so I didn’t have the correct change with me.

Grounds were beautiful Outdoor hot tub a delight. Staff pleasant and helpful. Special mention of Emer who was working solo in the restaurant- managing flawlessly and still took time to go through the entire menu and explain which options chef could make gluten free and how. Food was delicious and I woke next morning feeling fine 😃. Thankyou Emer !!!
