The staff were second to none. Extremely friendly and made our stay so calm and relaxing. Great rooms, hot water, massive comfy bed. We had a great trip!

Beautiful hotel. Very comfortable. Lobby is very welcoming. Leisure centre is small but very good, spotless. Bar is comfy and snug. Room was fantastic. Shuttle bus to concert was ideal. Grounds of hotel are lovely.

Staff in the bar were very helpful and courtious. However, when it got busy, they were maybe too helpful. Insisting on table service when the bar was far too busy, and customers were happy enough to order from the bar.

Had to get a taxi to and from city centre but not a big deal.

We were welcomed with a glass of bubbly and a smooth, quick check in. Staff went above and beyond to arrange a taxi for us into the city. Spa and pool were a lovely area for a relax before heading home

The food was only okay, portions for dinner was too small for my husband. The continental breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. However the cooked breakfast was disappointing and we left most of it behind.

The room was gorgeous, the staff were welcoming and couldn't do enough! Particularly a smiley chap in the bar and the lady who works the front desk! We will be back for sure!

The only thing I can think of is a slightly more detailed set of instructions on how to use the coffee machines in the room. There was some instructions but not to the basic level we needed with not being familiar with one of these machines. However everything else was lovely!

This hotel is stunning! Our room was so spacious and the hotel is decorated beautifuly. The staff were all very welcoming and helpful. We also booked in a spa treatment which was amazing. The staff again were very warm and welcoming in the spa. There was also an outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, heated bench and small pool which all look brand new. The hotel is on the outskirts of town so about a 10 minute taxi into the town. Parking was very easy. You can have breakfast here but we didn't however there was a little coffee shop/ cafe in the reception area where we had a drink before leaving which was nice.

Furniture in the room was a bit worn out, which contrasted with the high standing look from the entrance. Located on the outskirts of the city, about a 15-minutes drive to the center. You get everything you need to have a good stay, but we think that the hotel was missing a bit of charm to be truly memorable.

There was a wedding on but was not to load. The place was nice friendly. Coffee shop on grounds serves takeaway or eat in.

The rooms seemed old, the key cards worked once then we were forced to go back to the reception several times. The POS could not complete the transaction for the booking (although we have used the cards many times in Ireland) and we had to pay using cash. At breakfast we were greeted with the message that we did not pay in advance for breakfast and we have to settle this immediately. Of course we didn’t want to eat for free.

The location was good, very close to the road towards to Ennis and Shannon Airport, just outside of Limerick. The rooms were clean and the receptionist was very polite.

I did not like the Breakfast. It was a buffet which I don't like anyway mainly for the reasons below. The hot food was not really very good. The sausages were very pale, I like them nice and brown. The scrambled eggs I couldn't eat. The cooked tomatoes were v. good. The toaster was only browning the toast properly on one side. So breakfast 3/10. Not worth the money. The staff were really nice and courteous which makes up for a lot.

There are 3 things that are important 1. nice room , clean and spacious . This was 2. Nice clean comfy bed. This was 3. Breakfast . (see below) The staff were so nice.
