It would be good to have an alternative food offering, é.g. a bar menu, for those of us who don't wish to dine in style every evening.

Staff were super friendly and took time to help you and learn your name. Hotel has a pleasant vibe and it was especially nice to chill out in the foyer with plenty of comfortable conversation areas.

There was not enough room in the spa. Too many people for this small place. Room was a little bit outdated, especially bathroom with mold on the walls and ceiling. Also, I would hire a professional to redo bathroom tiles, because how they are done here is catastrophic, usually I ignore it, but it is not good radisson standards and my perfectionism 😊 and also, i didn’t find socket/outlet in the bathroom so u will dry ur hair in the room. Also It didn’t have bathrobes, slippere and tea spoons, so we had to request it. And The Feedback form was left from the previous guests, so assume while cleaning it didn’t have enough attention.

Calm and cozy place with very green area. Good breakfast and nice welcoming staff. Spa was ok. Nice mattress. Part of the hotel is used as accommodation for displaced Ukrainians with some Ukrainian staff, which is good and sweet, and a big thank you for this from a Ukrainian writing this feedback, especially while other unlucky Ukrainians and some of my friends live in campings in Ireland due to very strange management. Anyway, good that Radisson in Ireland is doing karma work while paying taxes in russia after they’ve taken decision to continue their business there.

Rooms really near Aircon for cool air as well as warm to make them more comfortable.

Couldn’t fault anything!

Fabulous hotel in a great location with wonderful facilities. The room was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The food was great and the staff were very friendly and always helpful. The leisure centre is an extra bonus with a lovely pool, spa facilities and outdoor hot tub. The grounds of the hotel and beautiful with a trail walk and farm animals! We really enjoyed our stay and will defiantly be back. Thank you very much:)

No air conditioner in the room only a fan & a window that barely opened.

The location was out of the city but it was in a peaceful setting, lovely gardens & a pet farm! The staff were friendly & professional; the Spa was a bonus, we enjoyed the pool & hot tub. The restaurant & pub had very efficient staff along with good food & atmosphere. The room was well equipped with a comfortable bed.

Towels on second day were dirty. Rooms are fairly dated, shower small. Bar service was awful. Ordered a sandwich waited 45 mins and no sign of it, went and asked for update, guy said he will get update, 15 minutes later still no update so just cancelled the order. No apology or explanation just offered drinkers for free which we declined. Also tables outside were not cleaned for hours so it limited places to sit.

Got an upgrade to premium room, was nice and spacious with nespresso coffee machine. Bed very comfortable. NIce quiet location just outside town. Outdoor areas and petting farm were lovely. Reception staff very nice.
