Didn't see any staff apart from the lady who made and served breakfast. Received room key after contacting host by phone.Key left on table .Pair of underpants left in one of the drawers. Sink partially blocked, shower door was filthy.

There was mold in the bathroom and the room was super cold. Not much to do in fall time.

Awful communication—there was a long wait to be greeted upon arrival, and nobody answered the doorbell. When we were finally greeted, we didn’t feel welcome. No welcome information was given. We didn’t get the room we booked. We had reserved a triple room with a sea view but were given a room at the rear of the property with a view of the car park. We booked a room with breakfast included, but were told late in the evening that breakfast wasn’t available, which was disappointing. The bathroom was dirty and very outdated. The bed was uncomfortable, with a noticeable dip in the middle, and the pillows were flat and needed replacing.

Great location, close to local attractions and the beach. Plenty of parking available. WiFi was decent and worked for most of our needs.

Very noisy and room stuffy no air conditioning for such a small room. decore very poor. Dust lay behind bedside cabinet and shower looked so old I couldn't bare to get into. it.breakfast was the only thing I can most about this place.

Nobody there to greet us, no information about breakfast or anybody to speak with face to face. There was a terrible smell of grease when we arrived and it permeated the building. The fixtures and fittings were old and worn and only enough hit water for 1 person. The breakfast was a little greasy but the lady was lovely but looked over worked. In the bedroom the cups rattled when we walked across the floor. It looks nothing like the pictures and I would never return

That the workers didn't speak English so therefore we couldn't get any off the problems resolved

We didn't like any of our stay as our television didn't work, we didn't get any clean towels nor clean sheets. There was pubic hair on the bed from previous stayers. Room wasn't clean nor was the bathroom. Very unpleasant.
