The room was outside the fire door which was very noisy due to people opening and closing often.

The staff were amazing. Very accommodating and always there to help. Room was lovely and very clean.

Teas and coffees were in a communal room on each floor but it wasn't hassle tbh and made sense, not a gripe just something people may dislike

Super friendly staff, decor was really cool! Marshall speakers in the room were a nice touch, rooms were clean spacious and comfy! Only a 5 min walk to ha'penny bridge 👍🏻👍🏻

It was a bit confusing to find the galley and get water easily as I didn’t know if the taps in the rooms were drinking water or not but other than that it was perfect.

It’s really pretty and right in the centre so it’s easy to get to the main places in Dublin. The property was extremely clean and quiet but still has the homely atmosphere at the bar so it doesn’t feel too overwhelmingly clean but still extremely luxurious.

I prefer the complementary tea and coffee to be in the room and a small fridge in the room would have been good too.

Location location location. Although slightly hidden, was not too far away from shops, restaurants and bars.

The bed has two single duvets across rather than just one normal sized duvet for that size of bed. But that's my only gripe and I still slept really well so I'm not complaining.

Stunning hotel, lovely rooms, great shower. Love the open galley rooms. Staff are outstanding and accommodating

It was noisy when people were going in and out of rooms , sounded like people trying to come in my door No tea and coffee making facilities in the room, I love having coffee before I get up if I’m staying somewhere , didn’t appreciate having to get dressed so I didn’t have to walk round the hotel in my pjs Tv wasn’t working and internet was bad

Lovely atmosphere and staff were really helpful and knowledgeable of the area, the bed was amazing . Best pillows ever had at a hotel and was like sleeping on a cloud

On a personal preference - I wasn't keen on the Galley idea. Much prefer a kettle in the room, with tea / coffee facilities.

The look of the reception and communal areas and comfort of the room. Location was excellent as well.

Small shower room.... but I think that's the way new hotels are now going to save space.

Got a good deal on the room. Location fantastic, beside some cool restaurants and bars. Cosy foyer to enjoy cocktails!

Great breakfast, stylish room, some WiFi issues (but resolved)

I had to exchange room as the WiFi wasn't working properly in the room I'd been allocated originally. It took about 30-40 minutes from arrival to sort this out but a room exchange was offered after the staff had confirmed that there was indeed an issue with the WiFi connection and from that point it was fine. The only other issue is that the streets immediately adjacent to the hotel felt a little edgy at night.

Mostly this was an excellent place to stay in central Dublin. The room was compact but stylish and well designed, and the bar/library/reception area was lovely. Having barista-prepared drinks included in the breakfast was a bonus and I enjoyed the free cocktail I received in exchange for foregoing housekeeping. The central location, near the river, is handy if you need to be within walking distance of main sights and there are some reasonably priced restaurants in the vicinity.

Some of the additional features in the room didn’t work properly and the TV wasn’t working for most of our stay but this is only a minor negative as we were out for most of the day.

Modern with quirky vintage twist, close to pretty much everything, all within a 10-15 min walk.
