No hot water for a shower, only advised on checkout that it was a 'building issue' - not a good enough excuse as after a long day in the city a warm shower would have been lovely. No compensation offered. Shower also located in the actual bedroom with a light shower curtain for privacy, a bit weird.

Good location, early check-in, clean room, comfy bed, quiet, nice hand soap.

My room was on side near road and was noisy.I could hear loud shouting from another room which woke me up.

Very easy check in process, staff were all lovely and very professional. It was also spotless. Breakfast options for continental was as much as you can ask for. Also, nice to have barista coffee included with the breakfast.

No phone down to reception; no mini bar; no room service; no complimentary drinking water bottles supplied daily in the rooms; hotel is in a slightly unsafe and dodgy area, especially at night

The bed could have been a bit comfier.

We had a lovely stay for our anniversary. The room and hotel was beautiful, the staff were really friendly and we very close to the centre of Dublin.

Would have loved a room where I could open window ! Keep adding to library , a great idea and few more books maybe Oxfam Books or Winding Stair might donate a few as nearby!

Staff so unbelievably friendly, loved the ambiance, it has a certain magic ..great value , brilliant location and so relaxed . Rooms were spotless and thoughtful galley rooms for a cùpan tae. Library lovely idea .. please keep expanding it! Sound system great too. By

Nothing, everything was great

Really enjoyed our stay at Ruby Molly. The staff were really friendly, the room was spotless and had a comfy bed! There's a really nice bar with great cocktails, and you're close to everything in Dublin as well as Heuston station. Would definitely recommend

The sink being on the outside of the shower and toilet was a little strange but no issues per se. Location while convenient for the Dublin Express is somewhat in a non-descript street. Having said that, restaurants and shops are a five minute walk away.

Location was very convenient for anyone using the Dublin Express shuttle bus from/to the airport. Really clean and modern styling. Friendly staff and the self check in was surprisingly easy to use.

No coffee facilities in the room, but in the galley in the corridor.

Loved the bar!! The cocktail were very well prepared. But also the room was spacious enough super quiet. Good beds. Staff was friendly. Very cosy, not pretentious, laid back atmosphere. Breakfast good too!

They should have beer on draft in the bar.

This is a modern hotel with very nice style. Rooms were clean, the staff is really kind and helpful. The location is perfect and the breakfast was one of the best I have ever experienced. Also, the bar in the lobby has a warm athmosphere.

Loved the friendly vibe and atmosphere of the hotel. The breakfast was incredible, freshly baked pastries and unlimited barista coffee.

The location walking at night alone made me feel slightly nervous.

The decor is great and very modern and retro at the same time. Bar was very good.

If there is something that they might do better it is to make the door more soundproof, we could hear when people were talking outside our room.

Nice hotel with clean rooms and good breakfast. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We arrived early and they gave us our key to the room earlier.
