Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomEven though I hadn’t pre booked breakfast I came down from my room with the full intention of taking a couple of pastries up to the room for my girlfriend so we could have breakfast in bed, the staff member at the bar said I couldn’t do this which I found a little silly.
I liked the Marshall amps in the room and the design was cool and modern. The bed was comfy too.

United KingdomThe location is quite central but the entrance is in an alley that seems a bit dodgy. The continental style breakfast seemed a bit overpriced at €20.
Lovely property. Nice bar. I really like that they offer guests a free drink at the bar if they wave the daily housekeeping service. Personally i don't need daily housekeeping and happy to give the housekeeping staff a break.

United KingdomThe room was extremely warm during the night otherwise the room was perfect! The staff were great and even kept our bags the following day when we checked out as we had a late flight, the only issue being we left out umbrella in our bag and the staff would not get this for us as they had already took our bags round the back meaning we had to buy one, this was 2 minutes after they had taken our bags off us.
The property was in a great location and was super clean! The room was perfect for what we needed and there was tea and coffee facilities on every floor of the hotel!

The staff was so friendly!!! We had the "loft" room wich had an amazing view over Dublin. Breakfast was very nice with special coffee included. Good stuff

SwitzerlandIf you‘re seated at a table and not right at the bar the service takes a very long time (in our example). Although the lobby/bar wasn‘t crowded at all. Maybe bad timing…but then very friendly and the cocktails were excellent.
I really like the design of the Ruby Hotels all over. It is one of the best price-performance ratio you could find. The staff is extremely lovely and kind at all time. We‘ve travelled in a big group of 14 people, they helped us with everything very calmly and supportive.

Property looks lovely and I’m sure everything in this Brilliant I didn’t actually stay as this hotel as it caters for couple only and I did not want to share a bed with a work colleague . Zero score as Hotel can not accommodate via extra bed in room , voucher for another time as the policy of the Hotel is for the benefit of the hotel . Zero too for customer service except to let you know we’ll take the money but can accommodate the valued customer.
