Getting up to go to the facilities room to make a cuppa of tea, I would have preferred a kettle, tea bags, and coffee etc in my room.

Can't fault it bit would of preferred to make the tea and coffee in my room rather than using the facilities with others.

Staff are still getting the hang of things. Check in confusing, and the bar and restaurant need to get a system in place, but that will sort itself out.

Its odd to have no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, having to troop down the corridor to make them. Simple but easy fix- doesn’t need to be the whole mini bar experience but would improve the friendly and thoughtful experience. Unfortunately our bathroom was not cleaned properly on check in, which didn’t set the best initial impression, but was remedied when informed staff

Fabulous location. Great vibe. Very good value for money in an expensive Dublin market. Wonderful big window views.

I would love a kettle to make a cup of tea.

The foyer was very spacious and comfortable- great design. The staff were amazing and super helpful. A free drink if you choose not to have towels laundered every day - which is a great incentive. Really easy walk to Temple Bar and great location to all the public transport. Easy 5-10 min stroll from the airport bus transfer drop off point

Would have liked a more private bathroom with a secure door. Check-in took a bit too long.

Excellent breakfast and diningroom/restaurant. Comfortable room and bed. Great with bluetooth speaker and casting to tv. Lovely staff. Superb barrista coffee.

The cubicle bathroom is a little funny, it is small with no shelf and no sink (the sink is in the room itself). The cubicle is built of glass with one door entering the toilet room and a door from there to the shower. Moreover, when we booked we paid for an extra big room (22 sqm) and there were images showing two chairs (one armchair) and a sofatable. But the room only contained one chair (like a dining chair) and no table.

The breakfast was very good. The lobby was also really nice. And the location excellent.

check in process was cumbersome and glitchy with the self check in system. seeking far too much information and the app could not accept correct details or address.

Very high tech with little/no instruction for the older, less tech literate clientele. No way to call the front desk. You have to go down in person and may or may not find answers to your issue.

Cheery, modern and very clean. Enjoyed the international staff.

Very cool hotel. Extremely clean, quiet and comfortable. Good location close to many places that we wanted to visit. Staff was very helpful. Great shower and comfortable bed. Beautiful decor. They even offered us a few cocktail if we skipped having our room cleaned daily.

I have no complaints about the hotel, I lost my key card and got a new one straight away, very good stay!

I loved the whole vibe and set up of the hotel and the room. I liked how the room was all white including the floor as the room seems much bigger and brighter. I loved the vanity mirror above the sink in the bathroom.

Too little space for clothes, no refrigerator. Restaurant didn't offer much to eat eveningtime.

The management have opted for a shared galley rather than tea and coffee making facilities in each room. Not a very practical solution if your room is far away from the galley or there are lots of people there and you are in a rush

The floor in our room was very dirty you could see it on our socks after walking on it The breakfast was very expensive but didn’t get much at all for our money as there was no full Irish breakfast and I was very disappointed with it and the buffet wasn’t topped up enough when we went for breakfast
