Motion sensor ligth in entry is too sensetive, turns on if you have to go to bathroom middle of the night. Glass shelf above sink too small to be usefull for anything

Good location, small, clean, built in usb charger in wall socket, easy walk to temple street, trinity college, st Patrick cathedral, brazen head pub. Great breakfast

Everything was fine. The breakfast starting only at 7:30 am was very inconvenient for someone having to leave the hotel at about the same time in the morning... Flexibility to grab a coffee or a piece of bread before the opening time was not given.

There is a lot of street noise coming from the front, and you have to have the windows open if you want fresh air.

It was clean, in a great location to everything touristy, and had everything we (family of 4) needed. The staff was very responsive when I had questions.

Breakfast was only served from 8:00 which was too late for us to catch our plane. We therefore had to miss breakfast.

The service at breakfast very poor. The double room itself very small. Television didn't work properly. The twin room didn't even have a wardrobe.

The original price quoted on booking.com and the price we were billed were a bit different (price we were billed for the room was higher), not sure if that was because of the euro exchange rate but would have preferred to know the correct price before I booked.

Lovely comfortable bed, we had a great sleep. Spotlessly clean, everything was clean and fresh. Staff were really nice and helpful. Lovely decor, super close to shops etc

Property is older and needs an update. Walls are thin and you will hear heat in other rooms and the hallways.

Upon checkout, there were charges for drinks and breakfast we didn't order. Better checking when things are charged to a specific room would help. We were not asked to pay these charges.

quite loud in the morning: 05:00 you can hear your neighbors are getting up and late evening you can hear snoring from nearest room; no tea and sugar refill on my third day; hotel is old one, shower is very small
