I booked a family room in a bespoke hotel and I felt like I was staying in a travel lodge hotel given the room 28 size. the hotel I booked was not a family room. the room and shower was tiny and not appropriate for me and 2 children. the room appeared to be one of the smallest rooms in the hotel from the emergency exit image on the the door. I don’t believe I have had good value for money as I booked and paid for a family hotel room not a travel lodge hotel. the toilet was not cleaned and beds were not changed or made up. it is a shame as the location was great.

We were aware of this in advance of our travel, but this is not an accessible property. The kindness of the staff made up for any issue with the accessibility and this is just informative and not an issue.

The staff was really kind and helpful. My companion had mobility issues and the team at Bridge stored the scooter and were quick to retrieve the scooter as needed. The food was wonderful. We enjoyed one dinner and one breakfast in the dining room. Both were fresh, well seasoned and delicious.

Move the roads away. Road noise bad. Not have a room in the ceiling space, so some headroom. Have blinds that worked. Beds that were made properly. Cooling facilities for the stifling room.

Check in at the bar and was told to and I quote "stand over there" by the young girl behind the bar. Our room looked out on to the ventilation system of the building so not much to look out at there, plus it was non stop noisy all night.

Breakfast was average. I just wondered if and when our waitress was going to smile and make us feel welcome, neither thing happened!

Our toilet seat was broken, but other than that there were no issues.

The room was lovely, clean, and well stocked. Breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. The bar area was clean, price of the drinks were reasonable. The village was a few minutes away.

The staff was great! Helpful, went out of their way and always in good humor. The rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was included and ranged from a traditional Irish breakfast to something smaller- all delicious. We had a wonderful stay!

We had an excellent stay here. The manager was very helpful as were the rest of the staff. The Full Irish Breakfast was fantastic. The location in Wicklow was just what we wanted. All in all an excellent visit. Well done The Bridge Tavern
