In many hotels you need to use hairdryer outside the bathroom. No Mirror in room , should put one by desk, which is where you have to blow dry your hair.

Brand new hotel, staff was so helpful. Great location, near Castle, St Patricks, many dining and pub choices, multi ethnic. King bed was very comfortable

Phenomenal rooms, the loveliest and most accommodating staff ever. They checked us in as early as possible since we had an early flight & they held our bags for us the day we checked out. The rooms are so nice and bathrooms are lovely

The only thing we did not like was the price we paid BUT I will clarify that we paid what we paid because it was St. Patricks Day weekend and we were later to the game getting something booked.

The staff onsite was exceptionally kind and attentive. We also loved our room as it was spacious and the tech aspect was something we had not experienced before. Great location as well with less than a 30-minute walk to most tourist destinations.

I chose this hotel due to its reviews on friendly staff, how good the spa facilities were & how good the breakfast was, however all failed to impress us. On checking in staff were unfriendly, the spa was not relaxing at all...the tiny hot tub pool was luke warm with no powerful jets, the sauna was out of operation.... quite disappointed. The breakfast was very poor, the bacon was very under cooked, I had to ask for fresh scrambled eggs which took 5 minutes to come out only to be very runny and Luke warm...had to keep asking where our coffee was.... The bar area is also a cafe which is so strange, and we were told on check in it was open until 11:30pm only to be asked to finish our drinks off at 10:30....in our room it states on the room facilities that there's a coffee maker which there is not so info is not correct.

delivery truck one morning delivered also quite some noise for 'silent rooms'. Unclear domotica with even the toilet door which closes automatically. What a nonsens. Beds are as high as in a hospital. Not easy for shorter people to step out.

Breakfast was ok but beware... If you step into the room where the buffets are, don't go to the right for bread and eggs and also to the left for some fruit. The breakfast is then much more expensive

Shower did not function properly. Water pressure was extremely low. Staff was very attentive and tried to be helpful but told us that that’s how the shower was supposed to work, which we found hard to believe. Felt a bit dismissive. Was hard to shower and warm up during our stay.

A bit pricey for what it was, no robes in the room. The lack of floor heating in the bathroom made it quite cold and unfriendly. The beds are extremely high. If you're short or have mobility issues, that could be a problem. Staff in the reception and restaurant was polite and did their work but nothing more. We hade higher expectations, due to the reviews that we've seen. The staff at the bar seemed more interested in talking to each other, or with their friends than to attend to the few customers, waiting to be served.

Location is great, peaceful but central. Nice and light reception. Impeccable cleaning.

Construction work scheduled in the reception area through the night - wild, considering a hotel is literally somewhere people go to sleep!! Had to move rooms late at night. Could still hear the work from the new room. Management should consider the timing of scheduled work. Everything in the room is controlled via electronic buttons which drives mad. Sit still too long? Lights switch off 😞 Train-style buttons for locking the toilet didn't work in either room - door opened whilst we were trying to use the room 🫣 Curtains open automatically every time you arrive in the room (and then sometimes at random) - very annoying 🙄
