The room being small is fine but it would be useful to have a small area to hang up clothes.

Very modern, relaxing and clean. Great facilities in the room. Staff are excellent.

FYI there’s parking about a 5 min walk from the hotel through the housing estates at a church/community type of building. Only a couple of euro a day. Staff didn’t seem to be aware of it, I’d highly advise ye get the info in reception. It was ideal, cheap and close by

Stylish and unique building. Restaurant being in the rooftop was great

Could have done with a bit more hanging space but no big deal for short stay.

Cool New York style hotel in a great location. Only three easy tram stops from centre! Great bars, pubs and restaurants on the same street.

I love the mini bar snack options in the room. The bed is extremely comfortable and the room is clean and nicely designed. The staff are so friendly and the restaurant downstairs is a lovely place to have a coffee in. I went to the cinema one night which is conveniently located within the hotel. The location is excellent!

Breakfast wasn't available until 8:30, which was too late for me, as I needed to depart early. Although I raised this with reception the night before, they weren't able to help me beyond saying the coffee dock 'might' be open in time for me (it wasn't). I was refunded for the breakfast charge, but it was disappointing not to be able to get anything before I left around 7:45am.

The room was very clean and nicely laid out with everything you could need - kettle, Dyson hairdryer, hot water bottle and extra pillows. It felt cosy with the lights low and the heating on.

Parking slot was difficult to find and ca. 7 minute walk from hotel. We arrived late in the evening and parking area was in a secluded area. I wouldn’t have liked to been on my own. Also we didn’t use the restaurant as menu was limited to pizza Italian food

Room was compact but very cosy and had all necessary amenities. Breakfast was fabulous

Beautifully designed hotel and cute rooms with lots of little extras. Right in the heart of Ranelagh village with the Luas nearby. Breakfast cooked to order and was top class.

Located on a street full of restaurants and artisan shops. Such a find in Dublin. Fabulous staff. Lovely room, generously upgraded. Cool bar and restaurant. Very chill and super value for comfort and quantity. Will stay again as I am often in Dublin.

Whilst the rooms were well maintained and in excellent condition, they were small for 3 people. I understand that they were marketed as such, but realistically 2 was plenty in there.

The location of the hotel was excellent, with plenty of bars/restaurants nearby. I liked the downstairs/foyer, I did not visit Layla's restaurant.

Well the room was bijou….just that bit too bijou for comfort.

The location was ideal for the occasion. The bar area was comfortable and the evening entertainment (Jazz) most enjoyable as were the Tapas. The staff were wonderful.

Noise level outside the room window was constant. We asked to move due to the noise. A staff member visited the room with drink vouchers and said we could move to another room but the noise would stop at 11pm, so we decided not to move as we did not expect to be back to the room until after 11pm. The noise continued throughout the whole night. It was difficult to sleep.

Great location. Excellent breakfast. Staff very nice.

We loved the clever use of space of the room. It was small, as advertised, but not cramped at all. And love the design and all of the art. It felt like staying in a funky gallery.

No storage area for clothes, just a few hooks (only an issue for longer stays).

Unlike many hotels, the room temperature was cool so we slept really well under a simple duvet. High quality bathroom, the bedroom itself is small but perfectly adequate.
