We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IrelandWe were a little disappointed there was nothing going on in the hotel music wise, considering the bar opens till 3am we thought there might been some sort of music whether it played through speakers or live otherwise everything else was lovely we would stay here again now knowing a 5min taxi can take you to where there is nightlife and restaurants
We didn't have the breakfast, we ordered room service for dinner on arrival, pizza could've been left to cook a bit longer in our opinion also drink selection was minimal...location was perfect,hotel itself was lovely and so clean the shower amazing and the beds comfortable!

The hotel location is perfect to visit Waterford, either if you arrive by train or by bus. The decoration is exquisite, with comfortable and big bedroom and bathroom. It' s all new! The restaurant is cozy and the food very well presented and tasty! Nice ambiance. And breakfast is awesome! I love the place and the staff always makes us feel at home.
