Restaurant close at 5pm every day and no bar in evening. Only 1 key given for the room.

Wrong order was taken at dinner in the Blas restaurant, food was eaten anyway due to having to wait a further 15- 20 mins for correct order to be made. Fake nails were then found in the single bed of the family room that we stayed in. Not great in my eyes when paying sp much for a 1 night stay.

1, Automated check in works when you use your passport but had to wait 20 mins whilst 4 guests tried to check in using their driving licences. 2. Rooms spartanly furnished. Need suit case racks in bedrooms and side tables in lounge room. 3. Clothes washer/dryer was a disaster. Near zero drying capability after running for hours. 4. Toilet cistern in one bedroom took over 10 minutes to refill. Thought it was broken initially it was so slow. Rang maintenance number but no one there at weekend. Rang emergency number same result. Lived with problem until Tuesday morning when someone rang. Said he would send someone around to look at it. Nothing happened. Still didn’t refill properly when left one day later. 4. Car parking is available but one night on our return car park was full. Had to park on street. 5. Not good for wheel chair access as lift does not go down to car park level.

1. Great location; right on waterfront with good view from lounge of bay 2. Close to restaurants ( recommend Pizza place at ground floor of apartment block) 3. O’Connells is close by. Great place for music night out. Music starts at 9.30pm but get there earlier. 4. Rooms big and spacious

The amount of broken items-the TV, phone to reception and bedside light. The towels were very small. We were offered a change of room but we had already unpacked.

The reception woman wasn’t friendly. There was no shampoo, conditioner or soap in the room. The bed was just ok, not super comfortable. Honestly, it felt more like staying in an Air b and b than a hotel because of lack of amenities and customer service. I travel a lot for work and pleasure and this property is not worth the money

Everything else was fine, but during the night at 2:30 am, people were making noise getting out of their rooms and continued doing so, which was very disturbing for us. We were kept awake until then, which was very frustrating.

Wasn’t told about that there was a wedding being held , before handing over my credit card , at reception . Woken up at 2:30am by people banging on the door. Could hear people talking loudly next door for the following 3hrs. The partitioning walls of the room , I was in,are pathetic. No Irish tv or radio channels.

Location was great an easy walk to everything in town. Breakfast portions were big with nice options.

The restaurant closed at 5pm and there wasn’t much else open in the town. Would have been nice to be able to get dinner there.
