Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Reception ask at this time for us to pah before getting entry yo ghd roon, , as the cred card was in the safe in the room, this had to check before getting anyone the room. This was something which should not have happened putting me in a difficult position of having to explain

United KingdomWe always stay at the Gresham when coming to Dublin, location is so close to train station. Staff are always so helpful from the doormen, reception, bar staff and housekeeping. When we checked in we were offered a room upgrade. Room was amazing only sorry we were only staying for 1 night. Breakfast selection was fabulous as always.

IrelandWe had a fabulous stay in the Gresham. The staff were friendly and helpful. The bed, pillows etc was really comfortable. Great shower. Easy access from The Luas. Great staff in the bar, the bar itself is great, lots of comfortable seating. Breakfast was good, plenty choice, the food was hot and topped up regularly. There are Gluten free and vegan options available too. Only one negative, the window in the room didn't close properly which allowed noise in. We reported it to reception on check out.

United KingdomSmoking at the entrance - why have these smoking areas directly at the entrance? Every time you enter or leave the hotel you have to breath in the cigarette smoke. I am an ex-smoker and still found it horrible each time. This needs moving away from the entrance. Even coming out of the lifts, sometimes you can smell the smoke - awful!!
Room - great size, for three of us. Plenty of tea and coffee facilities. Bathroom great size with walk in shower. Breakfast - As gluten and dairy free, the selection was the best i have experienced. Form to complete and give to the staff for my specific order and the food was served nice and hot and very flavorsome. Staff in the foyer were always polite and courteous. always willing to help, with a smile and hello.

Quick & easy check in & friendliness of the staff. We were early so our room wasn't ready but we were informed that an email would be sent when it was ready & we duly received the email well before check in time of 3pm. Had dinner in the hotel & food was lovely. Breakfast was also very nice. Hotel was very central. Really enjoyed our stay.
