Arrived early and staff gave us our room before check-in time. Uros the manager was very pleasant, spoke and welcomed everyone and mucked in clearing tables. Great guy. The bar staff were very friendly. Food excellent and great breakfast in the mornings. Choice at breakfast was terrific

The shower took ages to heat up. Not the best selection for vegetarians nothing in the room service and not the best veggie breakfast. I'd suggest getting a vegetarian sausage or other sort of protein and maybe something like hashbrowns or potato bread in breakfast and bring in at least a pasta for room service.

The bed was really comfy and the TV was great, the fact it twisted around so you can watch it in bed or on the couch was great. The fry up stuff was gorgeous. The potatoes were my favourite, there was also a good range of drinks and sweet things.

Trays may have been helpful. It was difficult to determine the juice as some were similar in colour. I took grapefruit mistaken it for orange and I am not allowed grapefruit because of meds i take.

Gloomy hotel

I tried bar food, not the best of sandwiches, could not bite through the roast beef. Decorating a plate with crisps and salad didn't enhance a poor quality sandwich. Bread was so thin and beef tough. As for breakfast on offer, a fantastic range of produce only let down was nearly all fry produce were cold or Luke warm at best. Thankfully the cold meat platter compensated and very satisfying. Breads were also excellent. Would stay again but be selective in my breakfast selection.

From the minute I entered the Gresham I realised the quality of service on offer. Particularly at the front of reception and in the bar area. For the first time in a central Dublin hotel I felt comfortable enough in the hotel lobby area, it was that secure. All staff were great 11/10 An Oasis on O'Connell St.

Beds were too soft and so didn’t have the best nights sleep.

Brilliant location, really helpful staff. Clean and a superb breakfast. The member of staff, Uros was really helpful through our stay, there was nothing that was too much trouble. He is a real asset to the brand.

The water in the shower of our room did not really heat up, something that would have been appreciated seeing as how the weather was quite rainy and cold the day of our arrival.

The corridors outside the bedrooms have hard flooring so it can be noisy as other guests and cleaning staff talk in the corridors or wheel cases/trolleys. Carpet would help to absorb the noise, or people just need to be a bit more considerate late at night or early morning. Some signage might help

Really lovely hotel, well presented and beautifully clean. Lovey bar and reception areas with loads of comfortable seating. Great choice of hot and cold items for breakfast. The reception team upgraded our room on arrival which we really appreciated, and the room was lovely
