Beautiful hotel and great attention to detail. Staff were exceptional as were the hotel cocktails. The room was both stylish and fun and the location by some of the city’s best parks was perfect. Fantastic addition to Dublin hotel offering.

The hotel isn't (in my opinion) a 5* hotel. It's a very good hotel and a great place to stay, but 5* means going above and beyond, with all the little extras and thought which goes into making the guest experience. This was simply a very good hotel, rather than anything exceptional. Rooms are quite small. Toilet is a bit of a gimmick and got annoying after a while because each time you walked past it, it made a noise or did something. Cocktails in the bar were largely pre-made and simply decanted into glasses, which when paying €16 a time wasn't what I expected.

Lovely décor, excellent shower, very helpful staff. Location is good, just a short walk from the centre of town. Rooftop restaurant and outside eating area is nice, wonderfully decorated cocktail lounge and bar. Super comfortable bed. An enjoyable place to stay.

Excellent location; near lovely Merrion Square, peaceful and still an easy walk into the city, convenient buses to the Guinness factory and the Irish Museum of Modern Art. We really enjoyed every aspect of this expensively and thoughtfully developed new hotel. The service was exceptional; the staff could not have been better. Thank you.

The only tiny issue was our window wouldn’t sit flush against the frame so didn’t close fully at night. We are used to road noise so this didn’t bother us too much but might be a problem for someone looking for complete silence at night. As I said, a very small issue and if it had bothered us too much we would have flagged it to reception.

The decor is stunning, the room was bigger than expected and everything feels luxurious. The location is perfect for exploring south city centre and in a great area of town. It was my partner’s birthday and the staff were incredible and went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Evening turndown service is a nice touch. The hotel bar is gorgeous, great cocktails! We loved our whole stay.

The service was brilliant. Especially the front of house staff - reception - greeting, being shown the room, interested in our stay and visit - they were amazing. The room was spacious, excellent level of amenities provided, spotless hotel, stylish decor, very well kitted out gym! Food delicious also!

It was new, clean, exceptionally helpful staff so I can’t think of a thing other than the toilet!

Great staff and interesting room! Didn’t love the auto toilet bidet that was motion activated — a great concept but it literally went off every time we moved in our room! The room was lovely though small, and it was a tad off the beaten path though this meant quiet for sleeping.

No wardrobe just hanging space. No car park- hotel offers discount at a nearby car park but didn’t tell us. Need a concierge service especially in the fact that trying to attract a certain type of customer. Service good

Really great attention to detail, rooms were beautiful, lovely decor. Facilities in room exceptional such as Dyson hairdryer, mini bar & drinks, comfortable beds. Room quite small, but lovely.

The in-room consumables were slightly expensive in my view, but great selection. More information and services about car parking would be great to receive before arrival.

Incredible staff, the kindness and support they showed was beyond anything that I have ever experienced. Forget 100,000 welcomes this brought it to a new level - could not do enough to make the stay as pleasant as possible.

I am genuinely struggling to find anything I didn't like. The Leinster really have nailed it and I will definitely be both recommending it and returning.

The hotel is both modern and luxurious. Super friendly staff, amazing restaurant and cocktail bar matched by the food and drinks that were served. Excellent location away from the hustle and bustle, but only a short walk away from the amazing cafes, bars and shopping.

I liked absolutely everything

This is the most beautiful Hotel. Location excellent staff fantastic especially Dolce at reception. The decor is amazing. The bed was so comfy. I was in awe. The rooftop bar and restaurant was stunning. I did not want to leave. The vibe in the bar downstairs with the DJ was brilliant. I will definitely be back. A 10 out of 10. A must stay 🤩

I have seen some complain of the Toto toilets always opening when entering the bathroom. We put a small towel on the sensor so that it wouldn’t “greet us” whenever it detected movement - worked for us.

The room was beautiful and comfortable. There is great attention to detail that I loved. The staff was attentive and very friendly. We loved our stay and will definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
