Richard and Eileen are kind and respectful hosts, we could feel they were there and available all the time, but they gave us the privacy we were looking for. We really enjoyed our stay and our dog did too :) the room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable, the breakfast a nice touch (we loved the soda bread!) and every attraction in the area is very close, so we would definitely recommend it

Very friendly people! The breakfast and the homemade bread were exceptionally delicious! Our Room and bathroom were very clean and lovely, and the bed was extra comfy!

We didn’t know to put the postal code in the Sat Nav to find the house. We had a sitting area in the garden but none available inside, other than our rooms. We were only there to sleep so not a huge problem.

great base for exploring the area, fantastic friendly helpful hosts. spotlessly clean, amazing views, fantastic bed and shower. could ask for nothing more. the breakfasts were exceptional and the home made bread to die for. cannot rate this place highly enough.

Richard and Eileen are welcoming and knowledgeable hosts. Eileen's Irish breakfast was delicious. Our room was large with lots of great views of the yard, gardens and scenery. Very pretty.

Everything! comfortable room with excellent quality mattresses. Loved the spa jacuzzi bath. Delicious cooked to order breakfast and in such a peaceful location but still within a 10 minute drive to some lovely restaurants.

Absolutely nothing, all was perfect

Eileen and Richard were fantastic hosts. The breakfast was great, they also have veggie alternative! The room and the bathroom were spacious. Our dog was also part of this small trip and spent great time in this property! We felt very welcomed and relaxed. I highly suggest this place!

The breakfast provided was truly excellent, including some fantastic home made jam! The location was ideal for exploring county wexford and county waterford. Hosts were very welcoming and made us and our small dog feel at home.

There's nothing to dislike.

Accommodation was beautifully clean and in a peaceful location. Hosts Richard and Eileen were so friendly and eager to assist with any of our needs. The full English breakfast was lovely with some beautiful homemade bread by Eileen so so tasty. We would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

Beautiful gardens, very welcoming hosts and the breakfast was really nice. Very homely and very accepting of the 4 legged member of our family. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a getaway from the hustle and bustle of life.

Lovely rural location between Wexford and Waterford, ideal to explore that part of Ireland. Clean and spacious bed- and bathroom. Eileen and her husband made you feel very welcome and had great tips for things to see and do. Excellent breakfast!

A bit off the beaten track. Needed the GPS co-ordinates to find the place. Located in farm country on a one lane road. 15 minutes to the nearest town with food.drink.
