Irish breakfast wasn't great. A bit overcooked (mushrooms, ham/bacon, sausages). Toast was delivered cold.

Attention to detail, rooms we very comfortable and clean.

There is no parking and it is convenient there is a paid carpark next door. This parking is secure but expensive. Not attached to the hotel just raising for awareness . There was nothing about the hotel we didn't like

The bed was two singles pushed together so the join between the beds was uncomfortable. The mattress was too hard and so were the pillows. The sink was in the room which was interesting, not quite our style but ok.

Very professional staff, couldn't be more helpful. The breakfast was very good. The location was perfect. The hotel was very smart

If you are on the top floor, as we were, it would have been better if there had been a lift. Having said that, we knew that before we booked. I suppose it was the price we had to pay for a very quiet room.

Brilliant breakfast, and the staff were so friendly. One of the nicest hotel breakfasts we've had in a while.

We were give the top floor room on the third floor and there is no lift. That was a bit challenging.

Room was very elegant and big. The beds were really confortable. The hotel itself is very nice and clean and the breakfast choices were also really good. Really enjoyed our two night stay there and its proximity to absolutely everything in Dublin Centre

We laughed at breakfast about the shape of the cup saucers, they didn’t accommodate the spoon securely. We had multiple instances of spoons falling into the floor. It’s a lovely hotel, will come back 😊

Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Rooms were well equipped (air conditioned) and v comfortable. Hotel superbly located on a quiet road. Excellent breakfast - perfect !

Nothing. Everything was just as we expected and we’d love to return one day.

Room was small but we knew that on booking. It was beautifully decorated with an exceptionally comfortable bed and was spotlessly clean. As it’s bang in the city centre we expected it to be quite noisy but it was actually not too bad at all. Breakfast was delicious and substantial with plenty of choice. All of the staff were friendly encountered were warm and friendly. It was a 3 minute walk to the National Gallery and the main shopping area and there were a wide variety of pubs and restaurants close by too.

The staff were all really helpful, bubbly and welcoming. There are 3 buildings that form the hotel, I have stayed at the main building previously and the building directly across from the main (for most recent stay) The main is just that little bit better furnished and maintained than the other.

Location is great just a few minutes walk from grafton street and plenty of excellent restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk.
