We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IrelandThe bar prices for drinks was a little expensive. It also would be handy when you check in to get directions for your room, though we figured it out easily enough.
Perfect location for shopping in the town, everything within walking distance. Loved all the different areas for sitting in the hotel. You didn't need to sit in the bar to people watch Staff were very attentive. Our room had a fab view of the bay. The food we had in the bar was very nice.
