Ambiance in lobby lovely, staff generally unfriendly and unhelpful. Breakfast awful although following a complaint we did get refunded for breakfast

Food was terrible.. we ate in the bar at lunch which was ok.. I had taken a photo of the menu outside the restaurant which was totally different so we booked dinner in the restaurant that evening for 8pm when we arrived it was empty we didn’t think to much about that we were so hungry.. we were then given the menu and it was the same as the bar menu which was hugely disappointing as we were looking forward to a meal and it was to late to book somewhere else.. so we skipped the starter and got the only steak on the menu it was cooked to death absolutely disgusting.. it was served with an half cooked tomato and salad with a side of carrots & Brusselsprouts left over from Xmas.. so we tuck the bottom of wine we had and left back up to our room.. I think they could have easily informed us there was few to no booking in the restaurant and wouldn’t be opening that night.. also had the carvery the next day in the bar it was horrible under cooked veg chicken looked and tested like rubber absolutely no love.. I ordered an Irish coffee and it was also terrible the bar man just said sorry the cream went to the bottom and walked off.. again we left not eaten hardly anything

Food was expensive - over €20 for fish and chips! And the quality of the chips was poor. Very little vegetarian options on menu. No BBC, ITV etc TV stations, which is not good, for a hotel.

Location was ideal. Very central. Unfortunately breakfast was very disappointing. Eggs were hanging around for quiet a while. Also no hash brown's although advertised. Not the breakfast I would have raved about in the past. Both my husband and my kids thought the same.

Just one 🤔 thing.we didn't like leaving 😂

Just everything. The 2 Lithuanian reception girls Irena and Anna for short could not have done anymore for me. I'm a73 yr old grany and I had 2 rooms upgrades for my 4 grandchildren to experience the Christmas.as magic at whites hotel. A winter wonderland. The smaller chap at re eption and indeed the ub vitae swimming pool was enjoyed by all. Thank you to all.x.the views from the roo.s of wexford and the coast were stunning. The household staff and Indeed restaurant staff were soo friendly and helpful. A.d indeed the restaurant manager just went around the place with a pleasant permanent smile on his face .a lovely man .as were the bar staff .just an all round wonderful stay ??? What more can I say granny and grandkids had a ball and a laugh a minute. A heartfelt thank you to all for everything..defo going again .this was our 2nd as there. I also frequent the spa and thermal suite solo. And am looking forward to recharging my batteries in 2025 yaaay bring it on !!!!

The first room didn't have WiFi the second room had bed bugs and I was badly bitten. It wasn't made clear at the time of booking that the spa was an extra payment.

No individual changing rooms don't wanna strip in front of strangers. Red wine one glass was 8.95. Overpriced for this hotel. Jacuzzi wasn't open very very disappointed.

We stayed on a Sunday night , there was a function on. Very noisy still at 2am . Fire alarm went off at 2.30am

The food was terrible I ordered a chicken burger and god 3 goujons in a bun the chips were greasy it was suppose to come with salad I got a tablespoon of shredded salad . My husband ordered steak sandwich and the meat was full of fat . The bar manager called us from the waiting area by looking through the glass waving at us to come in our table was ready instead of coming out to us and telling us our table was ready . We didn’t have to wait long for our food which was good . Breakfast the following morning was ok but not great .

I found the room cold,tried turning up the thermo but couldnt. Couldnt get breakfast as it was full, then went back but later, i was to late. So no breakfast 1st day.

Food was lovely,also room beautiful. I swam in the pool, all the facilities were perfect.
