Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options may be available (by type of traveller, by score, etc.).

ItalyThe room was small, although enough space for one or two nights.
The location was great, with easy access to lots of bus lines. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room features were all chic and clean. We had a drink at the fun bar downstairs. Would definitely recommend.

IsraelIt could be useful to have a kettle and tea.
The bars - Bellboy and the Butler are a great treat, and have also a great happy hour. The hotel is beautifully designed and the concept is cool. Staff is lovely. The room is ok, very comfy beds and a spacious shower but otherwise the room is quite tiny. There are no fascilities expect for a coffee machine and TV.

IsraelNo facilities like place for two people to work with their laptops, no lobby, no cattle for a tea. No even bottle of water, no breakfast in the hotel, its outside in a local cafe.
Location is in mid of Tel Aviv, close to the most interesting streets. The price is also reasonable and below other competitor hotels.

United StatesThe apartment rooms are really small, there is not much of a corridor around the rooms. I was lucky enough to have a room on the first floor next to the massage room so I could not hear anything and it was quiet, but one can easily hear the bar at night. There is no hotel lobby, you literally walk through a crowded bar into a small enclosure with the lifts and straight to room. So this is more of a bar with rooms converted to a hotel than a hotel with a bar and rooms.
The breakfast options available with the nearby restaurants. The bar and its cocktails at the bottom. Overall amenities, part of the room are good compared to the size of the room. The coffee in each apartment is good enough to be had in the morning first thing.

IsraelThe stuff is really friendly. Good people. Unfortunately, they have no knowledge in charging. They charged me double taxes, and it took me 2 days to explain it to them (we’re talking basic math here). After that they couldn’t give a refund because apparently they don’t know how apple pay works, and after one more day of me texting, googling and explaining to them, I gave up. Sorry guys, I promised you a 10 on booking but I can’t just wrap my head around that you fail to listen to the customer and as well as apply basic logic.

IsraelThe entire hotel looks a little old and outdated. Maybe it's a matter of style, but everything felt a bit old, heavy and dusty. Probably Tel Aviv is an expensive destination no matter where you stay...

CyprusA few things: 1. having a better downstairs means that you should also be able to regulate somehow the noise coming from the guests. Every evening and particularly the final one when I was super exhausted I woke up twice from the noice outside and I couldn’t fell asleep again. Imagine if you have guests that need to be super productive the days that you accommodate them but your don’t do enough to support this. Remove the bench and any other item you have outside the bar so that people don’t feel ok to and sit and annoy the hotel room guests. or send a person once every time to check what’s going on. if you are a potential guest and you are reading this make sure you ask for a room which is away from the first floor and the site of the road where the bar is. 2. Cleaning. the room was ok but you could see there were surfaces not as cleaned. for example the elevator and it’s carpet or the walls within or where the elevator shuts. In addition there is a staircase between the rooms and the downstairs. it has a weird yellow colour and everything seems like not taking care for. hire someone paint it a nice white and always try to maintain it clean. there were also some shoes here and there, and an open door to another messy room. in the room you need to see the little things that are not as cleaned for example the lamps etc. 3. breakfast. please tell them to inform their client of what their ticket has. i was only let to know the last day that I was allowed of two instead of one drinks. I only went to the nearest one as the other seemed a bit further. now some of your guests like my self, not Israelis. hence we appreciate a different breakfast. consider if you need to work a bit with them and go through your client base to see if the breakfast server and the preferences of your clients based on their geographical location match. Noice and Cleaning is Number one. I was in tel aviv for a series of important meetings ended up going almost without sleep because of the noice.
very close to where I needed to be and quite centralish.

ItalyOn arrival found a lot of dust around the room, not at the common places but just in the wrong ones. Also Mini Bar's fridge was dirty with someone else's dirt from the visit before. Many Staff members were rotating at the reception.. saw only one of them twice, no connection could have been made. For a simple request of removing the mattress cover (uncomfortable to sleep on as it feels like plastic) I had to ask two times.
Great location just on Rotchild Blvd. Allowing you to visit easily most of Tel Aviv nightlife highlights. .
