Traffic noises were a bit disturbing, though bearable, and also, it was possible to close window and operate AC

Very good location: just near the beach, and also, main Tel Aviv attractions can be reached by foot within 30 minutes. Also, there are plenty of buses. The room and private toilet and shower were clean convenient and comfortable.

Location is awesome especially during summer since it is very near the beach. You can take one bus from airport straight to the accommodation. Bus stops to airport/train stations are also very near. Small shops are all around to buy sim cards with load, fruits, veggies, essentials etc. Money exchange shops are also near and they give very good rates too better than from the airport. Restaurants are nearby too. Host is very accommodating and replies immediately.

Perfect location, best value for this price, clean and comfortable room, many cafes and restaurants close to the apartment, great service. For tasty lunch or dinner I would recommend Zira restaurant in 2 minutes walk from the apartment, for buying fresh and good quality fruits and vegetables Carmel market in 15 minutes walk.

Bathroom really small but hey, that's fine.

Walking distance to the beach is approx 2-3 mins, so really good location. Jaffa by lime scooter 10 mins. The owner is a very friendly guy who made us a warm welcoming with some free food for us. Maybe not possible to get more for your money in Tel Aviv.

Nothing everything is nice.

The Location is very close to the beach, restaurant, convenience store, etc. The owner and staff are very kind and helpful. The owner Adi invite me and the other guests for dinner at the rooftop. The room is clean and comfortable. The common area are nice, clean, comfortable plus there is a free coffee. Thank you Adi for the unforgettable experience 😊

Treatment was perfect. Everything was timely even tho I needed a super late checkin. Check out was wonderfully extended. I could rest and enjoy. And there is all that I needed. The boss/owner was equally wonderful and gave me a top notch treatment. I will come back anytime I need. Everything was easy and clean.

They cleaned the room, but as all we know, it is extremely difficult to properly get rid of sand in the room, so we used slippers inside. Not a huge downside though.

The room was pretty quiet and at an extremely good location, the beach is 3 minutes away also most of things are pretty close, groceries, cheap/expensive restaurants, etc. The host was very nice also, and helped us out with all the issues we had.

Besides the natural downsides of cheap equipment (leaky AC, tatty table, some holes or dyi fixed cables here and there, visibly old and pre-used towel) which I was okay with, Bugrashov street is very loud at night (not just cars, but nonstop bars, music and even construction site working at night right below my window). It's obviously not the owner's fault, but it's better to know this. The building is way too easily accessible from the street, the missing light on the staircase makes it even worse. Once I was going home pretty late and there was some random man taking some drugs on the stairs. Really, feeling that all between your room and this situation is one door with an easy numerical code, is a bit scary, and as a guest I'd rather keep more keys on me for better security. This should be IMO a priority to solve.

The place is located in an extremely convenient place, close to everything. The owners really did a great job maximazing the coziness of this place despite keeping everything extremely (even visibly, but who cares) cheap. The personnel is absolutely lovable, I had to give Billy and Deborah a hug before leaving, they were acting more like friends than local workers and did their absolute best to make my stay lovely and amazing If you're not afraid of steep stairs, go take a morning coffee on the roof, it's gonna change your day. <3 If I will travel to Tel Aviv on low budget again, I will not even consider staying at any other place than here. Loved it.
