Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

IsraelThe room need a little TLC. The Jacuzzi shower head leaked. The Shower in the room need a de-mould treatment. The bed is right underneath a curtain and it bothers during the night.
The staff is excellent and very responsive. The area has a nice outdoor facilities for a barbecue or a breakfest outside. Well organized, and the has everything you need.

United StatesSmall for 4 adults, place upstairs is basically mattresses on the floor, so some adults may have difficulty with such accommodation. One bathroom is another issue, when place is advertised for 4 adults one bathroom needs to be called out. It also didn’t have any room for unpacked toiletries. Some shelves woo be helpful
Very cute place, clean and cozy. Beautiful grounds. The staff was very helpful and responsive. We didn’t get to use some facilities, like pool and spa, but they look nice and clean. It’s perfect for a couple, maybe a couple with a kid, but definitely not for four adults.

IsraelThe room itself was clean enough, eventhough it seemed that the jacuzzi had never been cleaned before. Bed sheets were a bit dusty but have been changed. and no, apparently it's not 101 in Israel😅
The room is super nice and the environment is truly exceptional both in the room and the surrounding. Cozy and warm. We had a private pool in addition and a grill for barbecue so it saved us a lot of dilemmas where to eat. We just bought some great local meat from "Moshbutz" self checkout store and enjoyed it better then any kind of restaurant.

IsraelPcitures do not represent the actual location. No exit from room to large garden area or sitting area. In general the room looks like it has not been cleaned for weeks - i.e. air conditioning vents full of dust, sheets dirty, bathroom unclean, kitchen shelves had tons of dust, etc. No batteries in the 2nd TV remote so were unable to connect. Generally not well maintained.
We enjoyed the pool and quiet.

United KingdomThere were 5 people, and there were not enough chairs to eat around the table. Also, there were not enough plates, cutlery or glasses which is unacceptable. It had a tiny kitchen but nothing to cook at all. This is not acceptable. Also, we tried eating outside but there were too many cats. Lastly, we were charged twice and had to fight hard (and long) to be reimbursed for the credit card charges which they ignored to pay back.
It's a very cosy and spacy hut and fits 5 people well, especially if it's a family. The location is excellent with access to so many beautiful places. There is a supermarket within walking distance where one can buy basic things and a lovely local shop (pricy) with good meat, fruit and veg and other local produce.
