Might need a little updating, carpets etc, but Not much complaints, its in fair condition for price paid.

Excellent location and close to everything, Old City, Jaffa Street, Shuk market, Tram line, etc We also enjoyed buffet breakfast and 24 front desk.

Amenities in the room could be more

The rooms are bigger then the other hotel rooms in Jerusalem Placed at the central location, most tourist locations are within walking distance. The best part is they have a parking facility, something missy hotels in Jerusalem don't.

There are no hooks for things in the room. There is one closet, but it is not very convenient. The door to the toilet does not close tightly, without a lock and does not fit the door frame. This is not convenient.

The location of the hotel is just super. The very center of Jerusalem, next to the market. The hotel is clean, the breakfast is delicious. The rooms are not big, but comfortable.

The staff was really nice. The location near what I wanted was perfect. One problem is there is no parking and the parking lot is really expensive.

Better cleaning will be appreciated. Extra towels would be fine. Need quiet renovation but enough good for the price. The little fridge is quite noisy.

Good quality/ price for a 3 stars hotel. Very good location. The staff is fine. Do not expect to get more service and facilities, it's a 3 stars hotel. Enough good to sleep and enjoy the city.

Boutique is polite. The rooms weren’t as clean as I hoped for. I found hair in the fresh towels, and remnants of previous guests when I checked in. I don’t understand why but house keeping didn’t do my room Thursday - Sunday.

About a block off of Machane Yehuda you’re in the center of everything. With buses and the light rail to take you wherever you want to go

When we checked out, reception wasn't as friendly as when we checked in. Always sad when people are friendly only when they want to bargain for more money, but rude when they have lost the chance to make more money. Friendliness must be because you truly care for other people, especially guests and not because they pay to stay. The shower is very small. The aircon is stuggling in mid day to cool the room and is thus under capacity and should be upgraded. The windows aren't sealed well so it eas very noisy from the road and construction site accross the road.

The room was spacious, the breakfast was very nice with large variety, reception was friendly and generous upon arrival, the hotel smells nice and is well air conditioned, beautiful decor, cleaning staff was friendly.

The room was REALLY small for two people, we had 3 luggage and that took up space. The bathroom could be better, I needed more space for my items.

The Hotel is next to a busy road and a big construction site, therefore it might get noiser in the evening and the morning

Shower was a little too small for my 6'3" husband. But they gave us a room with a bed that could accommodate his size.
