Netherlands1 review“A true pleasure.”Location is excellent. Area is very walkable, also to the Old City. Lots of food choices in the area. Very good public transport. Rooms are well insulated. The staff is very friendly, kind and amazingly knowledgeable regarding tours and tourism and booking needs, really an example to all hotels.

Well organised. Easy instructions to check in when reception is closed at night. Nice breakfast, lovely balcony, room clean and tidy but, most of all, staff and especially a girl called Olivia. Remarkably good and helpful lady who went 'extra mile' to ensure comfortable stay...and good mood. Made me and my daughter smile and feel very welcome. Well done and thank you!

Great location, busy main street of Jerusalem and close to Old City. Breakfast was amazing!!! It looks an expensive extra but we would highly recommend it, as in our experience Jerusalem is an expensive place to eat and this meal kept us going all day!! Staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful, and we left our bags there for a while after checkout.

Like showering in a cupboard. The shower screens are not sealed so the entire bathroom fills up with water after you shower. Needed a stack of towels to get the water out. Overpriced !

Great location. Steps from the L1 tram. Plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Walking distance to Old City. Bed was comfortable enough. Room had a ' kitchen' sink and a microwave. No complaints with the room size. Reception area has 24/7 coffee with a nice balcony to sip your coffee.
