I had a disappointing experience with the night reception staff. One example of this was when the man agent on duty, who was eating, laughing and looking some videos on his phone at the reception, refused to extend my stay and told me to come back tomorrow. His unprofessional attitude is particularly concerning for foreign guests visiting Tel Aviv. Additionally, I noticed the team openly mocking passing guests, which felt uncomfortable and humiliating. As a frequent traveler, I can confidently say that the night team’s behavior is amateurish and not reassuring for visitors to a hotel of this level and price. My only suggestion is to come during the daytime to not have to deal with the night staff guy.

Convenient Location: The hotel is well-located. Clean Room: The room was clean and well-maintained

I can understand everything, we're living at a difficult times, BUT why they didn't try to contact me when they understood that there was overbooking? Beside the link employee had strange attitude and was a little bit disrespectful, telling me that in the end situation worked out better for me. And the room in Dan hotel was really small and unclean.

I should have been staying in this hotel only for one night, and on the morning (at 5 am) to be in the airport. But everything went not as I planned. When I got to the hotel, girl that worked there told me that they were overbooked and that they don't have room for me. The reason was respectful, so I was not very angry about it. So in the end she ordered me taxi to Dan hotel near the sea, I spent night there and they ordered me taxi on the morning.

The staff weren’t the best. We asked for a staff member to help up with the tv which wasn’t working, we needed to wait for five hours to get a response that it’s an outside company who deals with the tvs. Only the next morning a guy could get there sort it out although I was there only for one night. 5 phone calls and 5 hours of waiting.

It had a great gym and location, pretty clean rooms and a nice lounge space.

The staff wasn't really friendly. I did not feel welcome. The room was facing the road and there was continuous noise from outside combined with poor sound isolation. No place to stop the car while check-in.

The room design is different but also re-freshing. The nespresso was a nice touch. The Tel Aviv magazine with different suggestions.

The reception lady had no clue what she was doing, she kept making up excuses to charge us more than the amount state on Booking.com's website. We ended up paying 20% more. When I complained it seems there were a few more guests that encountered the same issues.

    1. Room (corner twin + sofa) poorly designed with no place to work with a laptop. No place to sit down and eat an ordered meal 2. The hotel needs to learn how to do maintenance. Electrical outlets near bed don't operate when the lights are out. Need to run extension cords. Both dryers in laundry room non operational. We asked 3 times until a technician finally arrived and managed to get 1 of them to work part of the time. 3. The Hub was great but why can't they provide vegan sandwiches? Don't worry, we ordered Wolt against the rules.

    1. Location 2. Some people on staff very helpful 3. The HUB as a place to work and have meetings 4. Washing machine on premise 5. Nice gym 6. Nice decoration

The room is too small to my liking incl. the tiny bathroom and separate washbasin next to your bed. Little space to put your luggage away. I love a proper lobby, which this hotel lacks. Unfortunately the described separately from the hotel run BF was not to my standard.

The rooms are as described by many, spotless! Despite located at a busy street the rooms are well isolated.

the electric plug next to the bed disables when you switch off the light. it is impossible to get a new bottle of water if you do not want to refill an old bottle, very unfriendly and unmotivated staff that is not even trying to solve issues. Next time I will chose a different hotel.

The room that they gave me is NOT the pictures they show on Booking. It’s a completely different room!!! It looks like a HOSPITAL ROOM !! Small window, NO Glass bathroom with colored lights, no designed sinks and furnitures… Just a simple HOSPITAL ROOM & BATHROOM and when I went back to the reception they wouldn’t change my room or cancel my reservation. I had no choose but to checkout and wait almost an hour for them to give me a proof of checkout . Receptionist treated me very badly and made jokes between themselves on the matter. Booking was not willing to give me my money back, they said it’s up the the hotel to agree to cancel my charge!! My worst hotel reservation experience ever!! This people are THIEVES and SCAMMERS !!!

    Nothing This is a SCAM

The hotel is doused in perfume. I can’t believe no other reviewers mentioned it so it must only bother me but every inch of this hotel is like standing next to a person who dropped a bottle of perfume on them. They spray the rooms, the hallways of every floor, the dining area, the lobby, literally everywhere! The wifi drops off a lot and we had a problem for all 3 days of our stay. We couldn’t use our VPN at all. If you intend to work while you’re in Tel Aviv, you might want to pick a hotel with a more steady connection. Lastly, the location is far from everything except the museum. It takes 30 minutes to walk to the beach. Old Jaffa is a 20 minute cab ride. Sarona Market is a 15 minute walk.

We loved the concept of the hotel, the decor, and the amenities. The rooms are really small but well designed so they felt comfortable. It could be a great hotel if it weren’t for the deal breakers of spotty wifi, the heavily perfumed air and the inconvenient location.

The design was too modern (basin outside of the toilet/bathroom). The staff was too young, and the YOLO philosophy does not apply to everyone. We've asked for the bus number to go to Jaffa and we were advised to take a bus to an hour away from our destination. The staff was friendly but maybe not trained well enough yet.

The location was great in regards to the train station and the business centre of Tel Aviv. The staff was young.
