Noise of nearby construction in the morning

The building and room are comfortable and clean. I especially liked the gym that has new amenities.

The room was outstanding - modern, clean, and tasteful. The linens and towels were high quality as was the dishes in the kitchen. We loved the lobby too with free coffee and sparkling water/tap water.

The staff are very attentive but there is no cleaning during your stay which I found weird as Master promote themselves as serviced apartments. However, we were there for a short time so it wasn’t much of an issue and I would definitely stay there again

I was surprised by the check-in process: I got many questions the evening before and documents to fill, while having many last minute errands to do. I was surprised to do this in the previous evening instead of the morning before or when I arrived to the hotel. Also, it wasn't clear what's the frequency of cleaning service we should expect (daily, weekly, on demand).

The room was very nice, everything new. Was great having such a stocked kitchen, washing machine and dryer and TV. The location was also great, close to everything and to the light railway station.

No staff and the building is still undergoing renovation, though to be fair we didn't hear any noise so in the room you can't notice it

Needed a local number to call from for accessing parking. That was inconvenient for someone who does not have one (tourist). But staff was accommodating with changing to available numbers to call from.

Clean, new, good location. Modern and matches photos shown on booking site. Staff was responsive with needs and questions. We had an issue with in suite laundry and staff member worked on resolving this by making another unit available for us. Close to several points of interest.

Room needs a mirror and a guide book to operate things like a microwave which I find a bit complicated. Prefer if the door of the bathroom was sliding type to provide more space. And a curtain in the laundry side window.

Staff were very helpful and polite. Room was Excellent. It was clean and spacious. The apartment has everything we need for our stay. Interior was great. The welcome gift in the room was wonderful. I had a wonderful experience and would like to visit again in future. I highly recommend this apartment. Thank you for making my stay so memorable. 🙏🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Entrance floor feels very sketchy

Whilst the room was all brand new, spacious and very comfortable- the whole entrance floor to the hotel was totally under construction. No staff around, just construction workers. Maybe it’s a phase, but worth checking with them if it’s still going on. Was a bit strange tbh.

the bathroom was not clean The hotel staff woke me up twice in the afternoon because they thought I had opened a call about a problem with the balcony.
