Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The Hotel is really outstanding: the room (actually a suite) was fantastic, fit with a complete kitchen (adequate to prepare something to eat for lunch) with a big fridge, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine a microwave oven etc.. The room, featured by a large balcony looking toward the sea, was split in two parts: the living area, with a wide desk (I had to attend to some videocalls and the place was perfect to work) and a comfortable sofa to see the TV (one of the two wide screen TV was in the living room). The living room is also fit by a second toilet in case someone is occupying the main one. The night zone is also extremely comfortable. The bed is large and cmfortable, a wide TV with plenty of pay-TV channels , a proper quantity of plugs aside the bed to connect even more than one battery charger per side. The breakfast was incredible with such a rich choice of salted and sweet meals, all extremely tasty. Omelettes, eggs and pancakes are directly prepared by two cooks in the breakfast lounge. and the staff is continuously offering coffees, Cappucinos or any other hot drink. The swimming pool on the roof is well ventilated and notwithstanding the size of the surrounding space is not so huge, we always found space to lay on the deck chairs around the pool. Excellent and very powerful wi-fi coverage throughout the entire hotel (room and common spaces) All the staff, from the reception to the maintenance team or the asistants at the pool, in the SPA are extremely kind and collaborative. Really one of the best 10/10 rating I ever experienced!

IsraelRoom service menu was digital with QR code and I had some technical problems. Would prefer a piece of paper. Food was good but not exceptional. But not sure Kosher restaurants can be compared to non Kosher.
The sea view and the location is amazing. The staff is unprecedented in Israel and on another level. Pool wasn't over crowded & cocktails were very nice.
