Amazing place with lovely decorated, spacious common areas with outside space as well in a beautiful historic villa in Neve Tsedek. Great location just off the old railway track. Very recommendable!

As written in other reviews, there's no staff on site, but that is not a problem at all. The information regarding our stay were sent to us a day before our arrival and it was all perfectly clear. Also, in the room there is a telephone number if a guest needs anything.

During our stay, we loved the particular style of the place and the cleaniness of our room. The location was amazing: near the Neve Tzedek and the beach, but not in a crowded or noisy area. Our stay there was perfect!

We were told there'd be a cleaning service in the room each day but we didn't have it so beds weren't made each day etc.

Nice communal lounge areas with complimentary beers. Great location for exploring. Good air conditioning and great bathroom with rainfall shower. Staff were responsive via booking.com messaging or whatsapp. Good hairdryer.

I asked for a room next to the garden since smoking is not allowed but I got a room on the second floor there was a balcony in the second floor, but i thought my room will be next to the garden. Other than that everything was great.

The location , easy to check in, the staff are online most of the time if I need help or anything, they have accepted to extend my parking time for a little bit longer after the check out

Slovenly co-occupants are not the fault of the hotel of course but are a hazard in this sort of hotel with shared facilities.

Epic location, beautiful building, sympathetic restoration, tasteful decor, high ceilings keep it cool, Aircon when you need it. Neve Tzedek just around the corner is simply the best area to stay and discover

Excellent location in Neve Tzedeck and close to Florentine. stylisch small house with about 20 rooms only. VERY minimalistic furtiture in the room: A bed (a good one). No chair, no seat, no table, no drawer etc. a "community room" could be used to work on the Laptop.

I personally do not relate to the concept of “walls under construction” in the rooms - they made me feel uncomfortable. Also, at some point I was staying at a room that faced the south and it was too hot in the mornings as I like to sleep with the window open

Even if the management of the place was really accessible by phone or what's app, this is strange to arrive in such place without an host or seeing anyone during the entire stay.

The design and quality of the rooms were amazing, we also appreciated the shared spaces and garden.

As there are no staff things got a bit scruffy as the day went on - bins in the kitchens were overflowing

This is a really cool hotel, as soon as you arrive it feels quite different, lots of sitting areas where you can chat with friends or other guests - everyone was friendly and there are no staff in the building so everyone was happy to help each other

as far as we're concerned, nothing needs to change.

The Ruby is a very tasteful place to stay. The room where we stayed was small but very tastefully decorated. The common areas like the kitchen and sitting area are very welcoming. You can make a coffee or tea or put something in the fridge. Also a very nice garden for taking a coffee or work.

No iron.

The aesthetics of the entire place was very well thought through, including the focus on wood concepts and selection of fragrance(s) (somewhat therapeutic and essential oil-like) which permeated the room. It left one feeling welcome, cosy and at home. The towels were thick and fluffy. Sabon shampoo, shower gel and lotion was provided. There was also a good tea selection in the lounge area.

We arrived a little early and the staff made an effort to make our room ready as soon as possible. There are small kitchens next to the rooms where you can enjoy coffee and beer. There is a nice garden outside and everything is very clean. We really enjoyed our stay here and will definitely come again.
