My room was clean and adequate for my needs. The restaurant up on the roof terrace served delicious food.

Couldn't pay with a credit card, and I ended up having to pay cash. Towels are not clean. My first room had air-con and phone problems, but was OK after a change of room.

Right in the city. Decent price. Staff are kind and helpful.

The main thing was cleanliness The bed was clean but the room was not The floor was dirty and walls marked The place needs a really good clean The glasses provided were chipped and the mugs stained In our three night stay the room did not get cleaned Communal areas also a bit dirty It was ok I suppose and did not put me of coming back With some effort this could be a really good hotel The WiFi worked well for one day out of our three night stay

Location was central but because of a lot of traffic it got quite noisy, especially during peak traffic hours.

Comfortable stay, clean rooms/bathrooms. Had a joint restaurant, and the service, staff, and food quality there were very good.

I had to ask sometimes for towels and toiletpaper, but when I asked it came right away.

The manager spoke english, but the rest of the staff was really could use more practice. The machine for the cards, didn’t work, so we had to pay by cash. ( Card worked perfectly the day after in Delhi)

The ASQ is situated in the middle of it all, so it is very convenient. There’s a very nice, english speaking taxi driver ( Sudharta) working at the hotel, and he took us to Ajanta Caves. A beautiful experience. The lightning in the room was fantastic - the only place, we did’nt have to use flash lights for reading.

Hot water inconsistent, room not cleaned daily unless staff were repeatedly told to do so, very noisy location due to poor sound insulation on windows and road junction below, restaurant on rooftop has noisy kitchen that bangs pots & pans until gone 11pm every evening, phone used to coordinate housekeeping is located on staircase and rings at all hours and is audible from rooms, parking badly organised with no reserved space and regular contention with motorbikes for room

Incompetent staff trying to upsell, not really helpful with car rental, bad ventilation, noisy cleaning, very noisy phone on the staircase

This is beyond hotel control but 1st and only night, there was premises outside the hotel cooking a ton of garlic so I woke up choking from the fumes. So my advice is make sure windows are closed at night.

Hotel was central, good restaurant connected got to try some lovely street food. Roof top restaurant had lovely views but I ended up eating in the cafe most of the time. Room was great. Manager went out of his way to get my hair straighteners repaired which I really appreciated. Staff always there to help with a smile

The major flaw in this property are it's windows. Since the property is situated on the main road, the vehicle noise and honking could be heard loud and clear even while the windows were shut. This made it difficult to rest peacefully at night. I could even hear the neighbouring rooms phones ringing loudly and the guests talking loudly. Some solide sound proofing is required. No complimentary waters given.

The staff was courteous un doubtedly and helpful. The facilities were clean and decent.
