IndiaLift is in the corner of the hotel, why? It’s inconvenient. Bathroom layout is not practical inspite having good space in bathroom. Furniture layout in room need to be reconsidered.
Staff & services are perfect and pleasing. Good parking. Charges high but justified at this altitude of BadrinathG. Its only hotel till Nov 2024 with good quality and facilities. Keep it up.

India1. They didn't had driver accommodation which in these destinations should have it. They offered my driver a blanket to sleep which is the worst gesture in this severe cold conditions because sleeping in the car is not advisable as its dangerous. So I had booked in another hotel a room for my driver. This hotel.is charging enormous amount of money to the facility they offer hence providing accommodation for drivers will add more human values. 2. Value for money is missing in this property. What I observed is that they don't have like to like competition hence they are charging thjs amount. The rooms really requires some renovation to match the expectation vs the room tariff. 3. Food portion size for ala carte order for one person was so huge so advised to keep portion size for 1 pax as well. Wasting food is not sustainable way of living.
Staffs are excellent. Ashish, who is working there as Management trainee is very professional. The manager of the hotel was also very good and I could see him taking care of his guests. Food was excellent and value for money for the food.

Staff: Kudos to team Amritara led by GM Mr. Preetam (team members were very welcoming, friendly , polite & caring) Food:The food had a variety & kitchen staff was courteous & proactive- if in case guest needs anything else. Hotel rooms and areas were clean, hotel is right at the entrance once you cross the check-post (location is excellent), Lot of open space from where you can overlook the city & scenic beauty all around. Temple is at a walkable distance (1/1.5km), hotel staff can assist you for temple darshan, they can refer/connect you to the right person for you to deal with (charges depending which pooja you want to do) Village MANA to be visited for tourist attraction. Thank you Team!! Overall VALUE FOR MONEY!! Highly Recommended.

United StatesThe hotel is hidden behind the main highway and difficult to find. Ongoing construction work also made it difficult to access. There were some glitches (hot water, TV set up etc) that were resolved after some effort.
This is a new hotel with comfortable rooms and great common areas. The restaurant food and service was very good.

United StatesOverall the room quality was basic. The furniture, bathroom, toileteries very very basic. The breakfast buffet was also basic. The taste and the spread of the buffet definitely needs an improvement. The common washrooms have very bas design. The lobby washroom had a blocked toilet and its uncomfortably placed under a staircase. The washroom is the restaurant has an urinal right next to the handwash wash basin. That felt quite uncomfortable and unpleasant. Its mostly an entry level 4 star hotel but the room tariff was close to a 5 star resort. It surely rates very low in value for money.

Nothing as such if you ask about the property, its over valued, breakfast was just like nothing, never saw this kind of breakfast......
